suz9779Sid is the bestI love this podcast, def in my top 5! Highly recommend! Sid asks the most thoughtful questions, has the best variety of guests, relates to them in sadness and humor and is transparent and kind. Love that he is not afraid to ask guests about their faith history. I look forward to each new podcast and as a newly planted southerner I like to hear what it means to people to be southern. SelahacresLoved Lacey’s show!I enjoyed every moment of Lacey’s story. From her southern beginning, grandma’s cornbread dressing (which I make also…but from scratch 😉), her love for Christmas and being so open about her sweet sister. Hearing her story really gave me a deeper since of appreciation for what she does and the legacy she hopes to leave behind. Thank you for having her on. I really enjoyed this one. Kindly, Jamie Sebring, Florida (A southern sister)

2019holhoBiscuits and jamI discovered these podcasts when they started after seeing it in Southern Living. Love the magazine and the content of the podcasts. I’ve been binge listening to many of these lately Amy Grant, Tricia Yearwood and many more. My one criticism would be Sid must be a great guy and editor but his voice is not good for audio. Its just not enjoyable in tone, inflection or enthusiasm. I encouraged you to try another interviewer. Thank you!

A-Texas-LadyHopefully there’s a scootch more food talkJust finished listening to my first episode of the show with Gladys Knight. She was so warm and friendly. You could tell she was itching to talk a little more about family food moments and even share a recipe. She also mentioned how she enjoyed singing while she cooks. Would have loved a taste of that sharing—maybe next time?! Otherwise, this was an enjoyable podcast and look forward to checking out more episodes.
