Fabulous!

This was such a fun and I for Active listen. Her NY coffee talk style kept me in stitches all while learning so much about the affluent buyer. It was so interesting to learn about the Chinese government preventing the wealthy to take their money out of their country. And that you can no longer write off all of your property taxes in NY. Which I’ve heard the horror stories about. I’m very excited to hear the next podcast and become a raving fan and loyal listener!!!
