Makes my week better. Makes me better.
I absolutely love Glennon, wife, and sister. It feels like the family I’ve always wanted. I’ve grown so much listening to these three brutally honest, brilliant, and hilarious women. I love and appreciate the shows where it’s just the three of them chatting but also enjoy the guests. Thanks for making a difference in my life and giving me something to look forward to every week.

    Love this show!
Audience here in China! I have always been fanatic about nutrition but find few shows that are really evidenced-based and scientifically well explained. I love how this show relates each piece of the information to sound academically peered reviewed research. Each episode is very specific and focuses on its main topic. The length of each one is perfect for listener to grab the theme and not be overwhelmed. Also suitable for binge listening 🥳

    Favorite podcast on Nutrition
Episodes are to the point, and topics will touch upon decades worth of research that’s conveyed clearly and concisely. I appreciate unbiased, science-based podcasts, and so this is my favorite podcast on Nutrition. The author seems passionate rather than pretentious, and has good content. Oh and the voice is nice I think, too.

Been waiting for a podcast like this
Really love this podcast. It does a really great job of clearly presenting researched backed information and bringing that information to a level that’s comprehensible for someone who isn’t an expert in the field.

    Excellent
Thank you for this podcast! For years I have taught clients how to take care of their bodies. They are usually more interested in what to eat than exercising. I tell clients that diet should be defined as the way you eat every day and for always. Debunking myths is paramount to me. With your easy explanations I am finding it easier to relay my messages. And I learn something every episode! Thank you, again, for an excellent podcast!

    No nonsense
Informative, unbiased and easy to listen to. I really appreciate how relevant the topics are, Tim’s approach is refreshing and this podcast doesn’t play up to the hype of the “wellness” industry. A fantastic listen!
