The topics aren’t broad enough

This podcast and channel is super helpful in my overall understanding of Star Wars. The knowledge they are able to bring to each Q & A is phenomenal and really clears up any confusion in each episode of a show. Keep up the great work Alex and Mollie!

I saw episode 4 in the theater when I was 6 years old. I learn something new from every one of your episodes. Because of your recommendations I am listening to the 2nd book in the Thrawn trilogy and loving it! Pippen and Hilo making their appearances always make me smile! 🐶🐱 I hope to meet you at a con someday!

However, I researched, and actually, Thrawn worked with Anakin during the clone wars, just before order 66. However, Ashoka had left the Jedi order like THREE DAYS before that encounter!!! If barris had just waited a week or something to bomb the temple,THEN they probably would have met. Also, keep up the great work! I do NOT see how people can give you those 1 stars—

The liberal hatred towards conservatives in this podcast is unbelievable. These people, like so many others, think it’s justifiable to treat anyone who doesn’t share their beliefs as less than human. For the left wing’s claims that they want to spread love, they certainly condone a lot of hate towards people who simply don’t agree with them. It’s no different here. Not recommended

Alex and Mollie are beacon of light in the Star Wars fandom. Their level-headed personalities and encyclopedic knowledge of the material makes a fun listen!

Able to speak relatively soundly about Star Wars topics. However, is narrow minded, and lacks inclusivity of all people who indulge in the Force. Step down off your high TaunTauns folks. Look at the grand scheme of things rather than your narrow, in the moment, selfish ideologies.

Alex and Mollie know Star Wars inside and out, but what I admire most about their channel is their ability to take the lessons of Star Wars and apply them to real life. Love what they do!

I admire their knowledge of Star Wars immensely. I really enjoy all of the commentary on the shows and canon. I think they put out a really high quality product, their podcast does a really good job of communicating ideas from Star Wars. The issue is that they are often very hurtful in their real world political rhetoric. I am not a Trump supporter, but I have some conservative opinions and they do not stop disparaging views like mine. It is painful to hear their lamentations about getting back to a normal and courteous politics but attack conservative positions. I have no issues disparaging many far right politicians, but they have no respect for other viewpoints. There are comments from their podcast about pro-life individuals or people with other socially conservative positions and they equate all of these to fascism. They equate all of these to extremism and this is an unfair characterization. Star Wars is anti-fascist, it also has a large vein of being anti-communist. This is because it is anti-authoritarian on the right and left, but so often they will conflate mon mothma with democrats, but never with sensible republicans. It’s very frustrating that they continually attack other views. It’s hurtful and I hate that my favorite Star Wars podcast has done something like this.

There’s no words to really describe how I feel about this channel. To say it’s good, or great isn’t enough! Let me tell you this should be the OFFICIAL Star Wars channel!! Alex and Molly are so dedicated to the SW community. I’ve binged watch so many videos over the years. Alex’s is always up to date on any and everything SW. This is the only SW channel I listen to and follow. I want to send thanks to Alex and Molly for continuing this channel over the years and thank you for your hard work it does not go unnoticed!

Very nice. To that guy to said he’s confused about anakin’s romance in the reviews is because his species is in danger and they need to repopulate. This is basic knowledge broskie. A++ podcast though.

Great podcast for Star Wars nerds

Why would the Jedi Council be against Anakin being married to Padmé? There are other Jedi who have had kids right?

Do you guys edit your episodes? If so, edit out the parts where you talk about how you have to hurry up and go. It’s distracting. Create a time-stamped agenda for your show so your run time is predictable and planned ahead of time. Do you have to say “thanks for the super chat” each time? Say it once for everyone before you read the first one? The parts where you talk about echoes no one hears? Or, any other convos about how to make a podcast...Edit that out. Otherwise, great show. It’s less annoying than any of the other Star Wars podcasts I’ve listened to so far.

I could listen to Alex and Mollie talk about Star Wars all day.

Alex and Mollie have the best Star Wars channel on YouTube. The positivity and passion they bring is second to none, and they just provide a haven for fans who love Star Wars and are interested in the universe beyond the movies. And now they made some episode into podcasts! What could be better? I have been listening since the beginning and I have played the OG sw flight sims (X-Wing Tie Fighter etc) and is great to heat others who compare it to the new Squadrons

Intelligent, kind people that are just here to understand this amazing universe that they clearly love, and share it all with us. In a toxic fanbase, we need more people like Mollie and Alex.

Alex and Mollie have the unique ability to calmly and respectfully express their opinions and fully admit when they are wrong. Star Wars Explained and ForceCenter are the beacon of positivity in the fandom!

Star Wars Explained has spot on explanations, reviews, and speculations—all based on a deep understanding of Star Wars Canon—presented in a thorough yet concise and entertaining way. Their YouTube videos are great, and the podcast versions just make it that much easier to take SWE with you almost anywhere. I highly recommend this podcast!
