Everyone needs their mic volume turned up. Their audio levels are way too low, I have to turn it up really high to hear properly.

Inspiring Springboard for Prayer

If you’re needing a little help with your mental prayer - this is so wonderful. You can listen and get a lot of good nuggets to chew on in your conversation with Our Lord. The start of the day prayer

Colleague from med school and Catholic Medical Association recommended the podcast to me. I’ve been listening to it for over a year. Sets my day on my way to work. Priests are very enlightening and inspiring. Many of the meditations are very witty. I’ve felt that I should explore the spirituality of Opus Dei.
