Why the long discussion on the state of her corpse??
Why does episode 6 or 7 have an incredibly long discussion on the decomposition of a corpse in various potential locations?? That is incredibly tasteless when they have not found her body and have no idea the state it might be in, or even if there IS a corpse. This feels clumsy and the hosts come off as grossly inexperienced. If I was her family I would be disgusted.

Love the podcast, but sound is off
I really enjoy this podcast, but something is weird with the sound, sometimes I have to turn it up really loud to hear and sometimes it’s super loud. The mixing was a bit off in the last few episodes. Thank you for all your hard work on this case!

No final episode after more than a year?
What a disappointment to get to the end of 12 episodes and not know what happened in the case. Last updated in 2021. Surely there is resolution by now???

    Great podcast
I’ve enjoyed this podcast so much and can visualize the people and setting in the pit so easily due to the descriptions. Please update. I need an ending to this great mystery. It’s so weird how I can see the gravel pit and her truck. Did they find her body?

Good Podcast, “Likes and Ums” make my brain hurt
I liked the podcast but the “likes and ums” of the reporters is so amateur….questions are redundant and the trepidation in their voices makes it hard to get through.

    So interesting!
Great investigative journalism. I really appreciate one’s like this that go in depth and interview every one involved.

    Finally…
I must say, I’ve been a podcast listener for several years now and for the past 6-12 months I haven’t been able to find one to binge. This podcast is great, I finished it in 2 days and was hooked immediately. As a US citizen. I was unaware of this case. Recently I began listening to another Canadian podcaster who got me interested inCanadian true crime which led me here. Alicia has great voice and the investigative real time case story was very well put together. Excellent Job!

    Just for show
Why did she ask the poor sister to meet at the last seen spot? That just seems so insensitive and just for the show rather than the people involved. I normally like CBC podcasts, they’re so well done, but this really turned me off.

    Great Podcast
I love CBC and this is a really great podcast. That said, the mouth sounds are almost unbearable. Sounds like they attached a lapel mic to ham and Mayo sandwich.

    Greg is embarrassing
Really well done CBC - but good LORD, I’m listening to the interview with Greg’s brother and the man sounds absolutely HAMMERED. Which wouldn’t be shocking given Greg’s openness about his own chronic alcoholism and helplessness.
