I discovered this podcast because I was looking for validation for what I was feeling. I didn’t know the magnitude of narc damage, and how common narcissism until I married one. This podcast has helped me understand the behavior and has also helped me heal. Thank you Yaz for telling it like it is. Yaz- keeps it very real. Tells you the truth, even though it’s hard to hear. I will re-listen to episodes to keep myself centered on a topic. I love the amount of content she puts out, with a new thought or perspective on a topic. If you are questioning your sanity in a personal relationship this is probably your go to podcast. This is my number one favorite podcast! I have experienced issues with many narcissists in my life, and continue to educate myself about them. I’ve listened to plenty of podcasts on narcissism, but The Game Exposed is the best I’ve found by far. Yaz is incredibly insightful, and a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of dealing with toxic narcissists of all kinds. I appreciate the invaluable information provided and direct approach so much, and can't recommend this podcast highly enough!

Her straightforward delivery ensures you understand what she saying and why. She also sprinkles in some humor here and there! I have learned so much and appreciate her sharing her insights to help others make better relationship choices. Yaz, keeps it real!

This podcast contains a lot of great information. However, I think the delivery of the information could be improved by avoiding overuse of the work “okay” and “alright.” Also, the host gets louder as the podcast goes on. I feel like I’m being yelled at, which is triggering for me, a victim of narcissistic abuse. I love the vibe and I get that the host is on fire for this topic, but try to mix it up with calmer deliver sometimes.

I have been struggling with forgiving my Narc. I forgave myself & have chosen to stay open & loving & not be bitter. I am so disappointed in the way things ended & how all my hopes & dreams got crushed & how I had to completely change my life. My health, mentally & physically, was suffering & I got to the point where I was DONE due to his behavior of needing constant attention & cheating. I have often thought of talking to him but I truly feel he needs to make the first move. I have had no contact for two years. And I really doubt he will ever take accountability. After listening to you & absolutely hitting the nail on the head with all your experience, I am now going to lay to rest my delusion of forgiving him. I can say I am going to respect myself enough & leave this all in the past. Thank you for your podcasts!

I don’t think I have ever posted a podcast review, but this is worth every bit of the 5 stars. As a therapist and narcissistic abuse survivor (yes, it happens to us, too), she is spot on and empowering. I listen to this everyday, sometimes twice.

I’m so glad I found you! I never heard of a covert narcissist until I realized I was dating one. He love bombed me for weeks and then ‘poof’ he was gone. Total 180 overnight. I was devastated. Still am recovering. He ticked so many boxes (played the victim, self deprecating, anxious, depressed, lots of acquaintances but not many friends, etc). This podcast is helping me understand why I was treated this way and helping me re-establish my self worth. Thank you!

I’m bearly 35 years old and I feel everything she’s speaking of is so important especially going into your late 20s and on on or late teens and 20s we all have to have experience life and people and relationships. The sooner you learn and put your self first life is easier. I’m trying to grow my business and I been hearing this podcast as I work and on speaker or earphones and it helps at my age 35 my fertility is running out and I’m getting older having a partner and boyfriend is needed for a family but I know I’m not healthy mentally to have a relationship and I’m not financially ready to have a long term relationship I been working on my self a lot lately this is so needed will save I heartache and time though I feel like I learned a lot sooner then most.

Yaz is like the older sister I never had, and she tells it like it is. I love listening to this podcast!

Thank you for telling it like it is and being very straightforward about an hard topic that often is not the easiest to talk about. These are hard truths anyone who has experienced a narcissist NEEDS to desperately hear. You’ve really put things in perspective for me and are helping with the healing process. When I have a weak moment, I always make sure to listen to your words of wisdom.

I have been in a narcissistic relationship for 22 years, 2 years dating, 15 years married and 5 years post divorce. I have my moments when I still doubt myself, so I started listening to this podcast. Yaz, thank you for the affirmation I need to overcome these thoughts and feelings. I’ve been to an outpatient program and 5+ years of therapy, and I am still enduring and recovering from the emotional trauma of narcissistic abuse. Due to our family dynamic with children, I don’t ever see an end to the love bombing and stonewalling even though he has since remarried. Thankfully I have the resources I need to keep on keeping on, and you have been a blessed addition to that list. ❤️

I came across this podcast looking for more insight on how to date. I was in a relationship from high school all the way into my late 20s and didn’t have a clue on how to date after being in a very toxic relationship with my narcissistic ex. all the information that Yaz provides has been life-changing for me and has made me aware of things that I need to work on not only within myself but also brought awareness on how to be smarter when in relationships or dating. this podcast has truly changed my life and anytime she posts it brightens my day because it has helped me grow as a woman. I’ve been a single mom with two boys full time (after a long, toxic divorce/custody litigation) and ready to dating again after focusing on finishing two degrees. I emailed yaz for some questions on a situation. She gave me awesome insight that left me feeling confident and empowered as a woman. Thankful for that! It’s an awesome podcast to understand the opposite sex and to be able to idate smarter

Host gives conflicting advice that makes no sense. Don’t put up with game playing from men, but then spells out one manipulative tactic after another. So which is it - Everybody should play games? Nobody should play games? Only one side should play games? (Yes “sides” it’s very us versus them) So women should play games to protect themselves but if men do the exact same thing they are insincere manipulative predators. So what does that make anyone who follows this “advice”?! This host is all over the place and contradicts herself every other minute. This podcast does more harm than good in sowing seeds of discontent, suspicion, and distrust. I kept trying to give it another chance. After about 10 episodes I just can’t take it anymore. It’s the same thing over and over. Just dreadful. I always feel worse after listening. I’m done.

This woman is the truth!!!! She will give it to you raw and uncut no if,ands,or but’s!!! I most definitely had to subscribe to her podcast. Yazzzz most definitely put me up on game!!!

I came across Yaz’s podcasts in the beginning of quarantine. Immediately became addicted!!! Her advice is so real, raw and down to earth. She speaks from the heart and it makes a hell of a lot of sense. I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

“Alright” and “okay” are repeated between almost every sentence and it is distracting from the content, which is overall really helpful!

The first time I tuned in I was making my bed and I listened, you had to know my sister and my boyfriend, describing like traits they both have! Ughhh. I was laughing because I adored your straight forth lingo. The smart, common sense way you have is great! I’ll stay listening, thanks a lot.
