Let’s not use these words when we are speaking about self doubt. For sure don’t follow it up with talking about raising children. I was very put off by the word choice so maybe think about the words you use.

I listened to one of your podcast yesterday, and another one today. I felt so motivated after! I love how you speak and explain things. I sent it to a few friends and it was eye opening for them as well. Please keep going. You are doing amazing. Hi Kristen my name is Giovana I’m a hairdresser for 15 years in Florida but unfortunately or fortunately as soon as I finished my beauty school this women that was a good hairstylist of older people invited me to be her Assistant and shortly after she moved to another state and left all her clients for me ... so I suddenly went from an assistant to a hairstylist with a great clientele! This women worked in a 55 + community where I ended up staying for 13 years !!! In the beginning of my career I took classes and went to every hair show , hair cutting classes in New York , even classes in Brazil !! But because on my clientele I couldn’t really apply my new techniques ....so I ended up being discouraged of taking new classes since it was a waste of money .... I was confortable making a very good money because the deal I had at this development was amazing ... I didn’t have any overhead cost only my products . And everything I made I kept 100% So I got in to a comfort zone !! But 2 years ago I decided to move out of there and build a younger cliente ... so I’ve been educating my self on online classes , webinars !!! I have to say I’m doing very well I have a full clientele I’m always booked !! But something are not right to me !!! First of all I think I don’t charge enough, I did raise my prices a little bit !! But I have a really hard time charging people ... I always thing it’s too much ... I don’t think I’m good enough to charge a lot more than I do !! My forte is Hair cuts I love doing them ... and I’m good at it !! But I still don’t feel confident enough !! I listened to your pod casting talking about branding !! It opened my eyes a little bit ... and also I listened to this talking about not feeling confident enough !! And listening to you saying that we will fail but we need that to move on !!! Made me create a little courage to star my Instagram!! I’m very shy ... I hate to expose myself ... but I guess I have to do it if I want to change !! I always think people will think my posts are horrible ... (lol) !! So after telling you all this I just want to say thank you for helping me !!! Hair by Gio
