Have been listening to Kehla for a few weeks now- and it’s been a BINGE. So relieving and refreshing to hear someone like Kehla speak about HD, Gene Keys, and business the way she does. Starting a fire? I got nuked!!!! Recommend 100x’s over- an authentic and accountable tone that gets you MOVING on your own thing. Grateful!

I’ve been doing a deep dive into HD & Gene keys and starting to look at how to apply this to messaging and businesses but it can get really confusing. Kehla has such a great way of breaking down the concepts to make it applicable and understandable. Highly recommend the podcast and hope to work with her 1:1 someday soon!

My conscious 5th line is always looking for inspiration and new perspectives (open head and ajna) on how to integrate (20-34, 20-10, 10-34 channels) the knowledge of HD (unconscious 1st line) into everyday mundane situations and application. I was drawn in by the episode on synching our menstrual cycles with HD…i am also emotional authority and i have found there to be a severe lack of discussion around the way our menstrual cycles interplay with the emotional wave cycles. I mean, ra was another white dude telling us what is happening in our bodies and it just feels like the nuance of women’s bodies were left out of the information just like how we are left out of medical research and trials. I have been dealing with variabikity and dysfunction in my own cycle most if my life so finding this merging of worlds in a podcast episode reeled me in! Now i am a huge fan of kehla’s work! 🥰❤️

Kehla gives her wisdom so generously. These episodes are packed with amazing info and insight. I love the way she explains these complicated concepts and I can’t recommend highly enough!

I listened to episode #268 and was delighted with how chalked full of context and example-rich content it was. I sought the episode out as a 1/3 sacral generator myself and had quite a few episode options to choose from… I started a few others but stopped after the first 3-5 minutes. What I loved about this one is the voices and word-choice very easy to follow and very little wasted time. I will explore other episodes as they come relevant to my experience and will update this review if there’s more to share. Ya’ll are wonderful. Thank you.
