    Great Show! Revealing the Humanity
This show transcends just a running podcast. It gets to the heart of the human behind the athlete. I love it!

J&S Jurek Off Topic and Just Great
Full disclosure, I’m not a runner. I can run. I do run (mostly to get in shape for other activities). I’m a sub 7 min mile guy. I just never caught the running bug, but I’m only in my 60’s so maybe ahead I will be. Waiting for all the good runners my age to fad perhaps before I make my move. :) I listened to this episode because Brendan makes me laugh. I’m so glad I did. Jen and Scott are just fantastic to listen to. They are so real and relatable. The questions were a bit off topic and just fantastic. You can’t listen to this and not want to know more about everyone on both ends of the mic. Just great.

    Excellent
Loved the Joe Grant episode. Provided some inspiration on my solo run during this crazy time. Thank you!

    Desperately trying to be relevant
This podcast is hosted by someone who doesn’t know anything about running. The guest are great but they only get asked to be on the show if they’re currently popular, way to be a good steward of running culture. *THUMBSDOWN*

    Great show!
I actually came across this podcast due to the comical nature of a recent episode but I’ve decided to stay for the overall great content of past episodes. Looking forward to what is to come. To anyone who seems a little put off by the cowboy episodes maybe just try a little harder to not take yourself so seriously! ✌🏻

    Could be good...
Some episodes of this podcast are excellent and shed light on the incredible people doing incredible things within the running community. The Maggie Guterl episode was fantastic. Some episodes are unlistenable, inside jokes among running bros. Devoting not one but two episodes to this cappuccino cowboy nonsense is an enormous waste of anyone’s time. This is on the heels of weeks and weeks of podcasts featuring an overwhelming majority of white men anyway. Spend less time giggling about whatever your bro-y friends find funny and more time promoting diverse, inclusive voices from the community and this podcast will improve. Until then, I’m unsubscribing.

    Don’t miss this one!
Discovered this podcast about a week ago and was hooked. I’ve gone back to the first episode and have been listening compulsively since then. Top notch guests combined with the host’s relative newness to the sport (and eagerness to learn) makes for a great combination. I’m still only a couple of years into this sport myself and have a ton to learn - this podcast feels like a great companion on the journey!

    A fun and encouraging podcast
This podcast is a joy to listen to and a great reminder of why we run. The conversations so far have illustrated the variety of forms that running can take as well as the very many reasons we choose to participate in this (sometimes crazy) activity. Each episode has also felt well planned out while still allowing for the conversation to develop naturally. I would recommend this podcast whether you’re looking for motivation and encouragement, or just some fun and interesting stories about the running community!

    A great Podcast for all!
As an avid runner, I enjoy listening to runners talk. But I can say that that podcast is aimed to a broad audience. Regardless of if you know the guests they chat with or not, you will learn more about the sport and get a few laughs! I look forward to new episodes! I totally recommend adding this podcast to your list!

Awesome podcast for runners and non-runners alike
As someone who’s run for a long time but never been super serious about it, I love Off The Couch’s more casual approach. You don’t need to be logging ultra’s or know the names of all the top runners in the world to enjoy this podcast. Instead, the conversation feels casual, accessible, and interesting, whether you’re a serious or not-so-serious runner.
