    Much Better Job
This podcast was very insightful on how to do a much better job in construction estimating up front, analyzing the schedule and the risks associated with that schedule.

    Thoughtful and practical
Construction Genius is an excellent program for any level of construction management. The topics are practical for field, office and senior leadership. Eric has insightful questions and pushes back on platitudes and questions when advise given does not seem practical. Highly recommend the program.

If you want to learn construction
If you’re tired of people who have no real experience and no idea what they are talking about trying to “sell” you something look no further. This information is the type that major construction firms broker million dollar contracts for. Get some popcorn and listen.

How To Achieve High Performance in your Construction Co
Great show, with advice that is pertinent to any company, not just construction. Episode 128: Timely topic with good insight into how we should be moving forward if as a country we’re to stay relevant. I’m always impressed with the quality of the interviews on this site; intelligent, probing but never confrontational. Such a refreshing change.

    OAC Definition Unknown??
I just listen to my first episode #188 with Michael Wright about using software. He mentioned incorporating his supervisors daily reports into the OAC. He called them Owner And Contract meetings. The host had not heard of an OAC and asked for clarification of what an OAC was, which Michael again repeated incorrectly as owner and contractor meeting . It’s called and Owner, Architect and Contractor meeting. The A is for Architect, not And. Not sure what kind of construction these people have done but this is certainly something even grade B level contractors know about. Not impressed that the first episode I listened to out the gate you don’t even know the industry standard OAC. Nothing Master Class about that. First impressions count.

    Timely information in changing times!
Websites I’ve been around for sometime but times have changed and so have the consumers and their savvy need for information. I listened to the episode with Wayne Mullins on the Best Formula for Making Your Website a Certified Client Magnet (165) and it was on point and very timely! The points provided were simple and straightforward! I’m looking forward to listening in on more podcasts from Eric Anderton and Construction Genius!

    Relevant, honest experience
Eric is a superb interviewer. I had the pleasure of doing his show and it was effortless to talk with him. He asks smart and useful questions. Moreover, he knows what to ask and when to dig in deeper. None of our show was pre planned. He started the conversation and knew how to make an informed conversation happen. It’s a testament to Eric’s true knowledge of construction and it’s nuances. It’s also evident he still has a real desire to learn from you regardless of what he knows.
