    Sadly misinformed and hurts the vegan community
    I am always pleased when the vegan and vegan fitness community grows and promotes the amazing benefits of this lifestyle. But I was hugely disappointed to see an entire podcast dedicated to hating on the largest animal rights group, giving a one-sided opinion piece of PETA. It was misinformed, unscientific, and did nothing to promote an environment of vegans supporting other vegans. The reference that all vegans are turned off of PETA is ridiculous, considering PETA entities have more than 9 million members and supporters globally. I expected more!

    Great plant based interviews
    I listen primarily to the episodes about nutrition. It’s awesome to hear all of these interviews with fitness coaches, nutritionists, doctors and business owners. It allows me to be informed and educated right from home (I’m in the hot tub right now)!

    Found this podcast by accident and was an immediate fan. Totally inspiring and a great way for vegans to unite, the guest are empowering and always giving great advice and sharing inspirational ideas and stories.     Karina and team are terrific
    I found the NBSV podcast while I was tiptoeing around being vegan curious and I was really intrigued by the myth busting element. I have since learned to appreciate the rest of her topics, her style, her lack of advertising, and the rest of her team. If you are new to veganism and need to have info at the ready for concerned loved ones or if you are a veteran just looking for some good discussion, I highly recommend.

    Karina offers a science based practical way to go Vegan. I went vegan a decade ago the wrong way (and I became unhealthier as a result) and wish I had access to info like this back then!

    Review of 066 on Lectins
    Finally someone’s putting perspective on Dr. Gundry’s tirades against this lectin phantom menace. When you’re pushing pet theories (along with expensive merchandise) that’s a mixture of fact, pseudo-facts, conjecture, and myth, it’s nice to have someone put this package in perspective...and it’s done without ad hominem attacks!... How refreshing given 45’s repugnant behavior that some would emulate. Highly recommended.

    Informative, Entertaining, Enjoyable!
    As a brand new vegan, it’s been difficult to find informative and entertaining content about healthy decisions that are supportive to this life choice. This podcast provides a breadth of info from different guests with an aim towards debunking myths and approaching popular culture with a healthy dose of skepticism. I hope that you continue to bring on a variety of guests to discuss all sorts of vegan-related topics. (your latest episode 85 is a great example! mental well being through a vegan lens is a really interesting topic and I hope that you bring on other guests to dive deeper into topics such as dealing with Cognitive Dissonance while navigating a meat eating society that loves cute and fuzzy animals…)

    Have been listening to the No BS podcast for a year now, after hearing Karina as a guest on Star Talk radio’s sports spinoff - Playing with Science. Karina has amazing guests, spanning a full range of topics. A fantastic podcast for an all around healthily lifestyle.

    Ren Jones Episode
    I almost skipped this episode because I was specifically looking for episodes focused on veganism. This episode was so great and right on the money (pun intended, Compound interest). It was so energizing. I gave up running for my 40th birthday last year and now I walk 2-4 miles every afternoon in addition to strength training in the morning. I never looked forward to my afternoon run because it was hard and made my legs hurt. I always look forward to my afternoon walks. They allow me to reflect on my day and listen to podcast that educate and feed me. I’m also getting better results! Glad I found this! Thank you!

    5 months a vegan never looking back...
    I was very happy to find this podcast. Podcasts are the perfect motivation for continuing this lifestyle change. I have been telling my family and friends that a vegan lifestyle is easy to maintain because there are multiple motivating factors. Health, environment, compassion for living things and the food tastes amazing! This podcast resonated with me when Karina and her guest were discussing this multi-motivational approach. Every other fad diet or lifestyle change uses only one motivation-that’s why they fail. I cant believe it took me 42 years to make this change, but I’m so happy I did! Thank you for promoting this lifestyle Karina!

    Best Vegan Athlete Podcast
    Great and informative. Karina does a phenomenal job at keeping the facts forefront and is not afraid to self-check and check other misinformation in the vegan movement. The podcast is great for the already conformed vegans or the others, like me, who are interested and leaning toward a vegan lifestyle change. It is great for athletes trying to take their game to the next level as well as the active hobbyists taking to living a more healthy life. The show approaches veganism from the health, ethical, and environmental angles to bust myths about the diet that appeal to every “flavor” of vegan and anyone curious about the diet. Thank you, Karina, for a great podcast and pushing me to try new vegan recipes and transitioning into a plant-based diet.

    Karina sets the record straight on all things vegan with science and facts...not her personal opinion. She is even willing to have opposing opinions come onto the podcast to make sure all avenues of a topic are addressed. If you’re curious about eating vegan, this podcast is a fantastic resource.     My favorite vegan podcast
    I never leave podcast reviews but that changes today! Katrina is engaging and her shows are very informative. I only started listening a few weeks ago but I’ve been on a binge and I’ve learned so much. It took her five years to make the switch from vegetarian to vegan, but it took me 22 years. I’m happy to have her by my side (virtually!) as I learn about nutrition, fitness and veganism in general.
