    Love this podcast
Lindsey is so knowledgeable on gut issues, having personal experience of her own, as well as working with patients and having countless amazing knowledge guests on. I’ve learned so much, especially about FMT, amongst other things form listening to this podcast. If you are dealing with gut issues you should reach out or at a minimum get a stool and organic acid test to try and see what’s going on!

    Barrett’s Patient
Doctor has a good podcast for most part, but she discounts Keto diet as just a fad and recommends against. Won’t continue .

    Good Information But...
She talks waaaayyyy too fast and I usually only make it half an episode before turning it off. Slow down, take a breath and give your listeners a chance to absorb the information.

    Pseudoscientific Grifter Podcast
I ended up listening to this podcast because the host would not stop spamming Reddit pages I visited. The entire thing was basically affiliate links and “you can buy X on the website.” Combined with the quackery and voodoo that is functional “medicine” this podcast basically exists to get gullible people to shell out money. Avoid at all cost.

Great Show - clear, straight forward info on gut health
Loved the episode on Stress - Stress, what is it good for? Not your gut! Great explanation of how stress effects the gut and brain, and how the interact and influence each other. I really appreciate the way Lindsey takes complicated information and walks through the whole process simply but without talking down to the listener. Great show!

    So thankful for this
If you want to take charge of your own health - listen here!! I have UC and am tired of the medical system holding me down. I’m thankful for the traditional medicinal approach but there are other ways. After going carnivore for two months (not sure if she backs it up) but I have had great results and now my symptoms are creeping back, but I look forward to filling in the gaps and learning more. I took notes today and look forward to future episodes!
