Skihill1Great Podcast!Love the trail tips, interviews and race reports! Listening as I am getting ready for my first ultra.
-
MattiekjHighly recommend!Love this podcast! I’m 9 months postpartum after baby #2 and this podcast has been so relatable and motivating to get back out there. Also perfect for getting through long runs!
-
GreatLakesBrandieInspiringThis podcast gives me the confidence I need to get out, tackle the trails and make new friends while I am doing it.
-
aim_dalBest running podcast!Love this podcast!! It has gotten me through injuries, spontaneous road ultras during COVID, and my first trail ultra a few months ago! TRW always brings a smile to my face and shares entertaining stories of amazing people!
-
h dizzle1592Love this podcast!I save these to listen to during my solo long runs as a treat and savor them. Hillary is an amazing host and it always feels like I’ve got a running buddy with me. I love the content and conversation she brings to the woman's side of the trail running community.
-
lyssclarkThe podcast we need!!This podcast is exactly what the ultra running community needs! Hilary does an incredible job highlighting a diverse set of voices and giving us the stories we want to here. Keep up the amazing work!
-
kacemakAmazing podcast!!Hilary’s podcast is one of my absolute favorites. She is very knowledgeable, relatable and hilarious! I always learn something new and her guests are very inspiring.
-
Zoomie5Messing with my runsThe only major downside to these podcasts are that I laugh so hard it messes with my pacing. Love the guffaws!
-
trailrunnerbnInspiring to the maxI love this podcast. Hearing the stories of the guests Hilary brings on are super inspiring and informative! Bring it on a long run or a road trip!
-
RigelcListened and left immediatelyI am a trail runner and I was interested in what was talked in the podcast, I quickly realized host is too lazy to edit and puts every single things she says, the comments of sponsors are way to long and not prepared. It seems too spontaneous and podcast episodes are too long. I got bored really quick. I wanted to know about why she said strava was a secret dating app but all the laugh and jokes and informality bored me and never got to hear what it was all about.

SavasanacoolLove the Podcast- Ditch the word LikeI listen to this podcast and another one about running. Great info, host/guests are amazing and knowledgeable. One thing that trips me up is the usage of the word Like. Like is used as a filler compulsively. Listen to a few episodes and count the use of Like. Hope this is helpful and brings awareness! Not meant harshly. Constructive support to help y’all reach more athletes. I will keep listening and supporting because we need more powerful, influential Women like this… just ditch the usage of the word Like please!
-
ZippyElmerEpisode 169💥Excellent episode! I think my favorite part is Calie coming to realize how important & powerful fueling her body is to have it perform at the level she wants! Charlie
-
donnie hudGreat podcastLove your podcast!! Happy Trails ~

geeberfeverWannabe Trail RunnerI’m currently a road runner, but totally dream of getting in trail running. This podcast has been so inspiring, funny and informative. My favorite things are just hearing from Hilary who is a new(ish) mother like myself and gives me hope that I can carve out these things for myself still! Great guests, but the hosts are excellent on their own! I’d love to hang out with these chicks irl
-
dralyxluckWow!I may be partial to Hilary as a podcaster myself I know the amount of work and labor she puts into this project to help other women get on the trails! I love so much about it from the great Guests, to the small pieces of her life she shares, to the running and non running related chatter. Fun and easy to listen to, thanks for all the effort you put in To put out amazing content!
-
Michaelyn1111Get to the point!Way too much chit chat! Seriously, it was at least 10 minutes before anything of importance. I tried a couple episodes, but I just can’t keep digging my phone out to fast forward.
-
sgremleyGreat Running Podcast!I’ve really gotten into this podcast and love the positive vibes especially with hyping up women to getting outdoors. The host is well spoken and extremely knowledgeable. Hilary chooses amazing guests who provide insight into the world of running and getting into the great outdoors. So glad I found her! Highly recommend!

🤙🏽GerhartMy FAVE running podcast!Hilary is an absolute joy and I feel incredibly lucky to have been on her last episode (hi, I'm Shelby!). I had such a blast chatting with her. It's super cool discovering that the person behind the mic is just as rad as you hoped they'd be. I enjoy listening to this podcast on long runs. Her guests are informative, relatable, and down to earth. I have no doubt that tuning into Trail Running Women has helped coach me into the runner I've become/becoming! Three cheers to all of the trail running women out there!!!
-
Marisa ShadrickAuthentic and Inspiring Interview!I loved hearing Sherri Donohue share her story and running journey. It shows that anything is possible. "It's not about speed." We can find joy in running by setting our own goals that fits our lifestyle.

sherexlexLove his podcastAs a new aspiring trail runner, this is my fav go-to podcast! I love the strong women-centric topics. It’s so relatable and there’s always such interesting guests with different backgrounds. I love the recent focus on BIPOC guests. Hilary is amazing, the women she interviews are so personable and inspiring. Love the real stories and conversations! As a new mom and newish runner/aspiring ultra runner these stories are so inspiring and encouraging! LOVED the episode with Ali Feller since I listen to her show too. You’re doing an awesome job Hilary and I feel like we would be great friends if we ever met. ☺️

MpicabooA perfect fitSo many tidbits from each episode resonate with me- it is wonderful for listening to while getting “lost” while running the trails or road. Connecting with other women and listening to them let’s you know that you are not alone- Each episode leaves me being inspired in a new way and so thankful that I have running in my life and even more so trail running 💜
-
Teryn_BAmazing!I love this podcast! I found it on a whim and as a young female runner in college, it’s helped me build on my dreams in trail running, understand how to deal with injury and life setbacks, and learn to laugh a lot more and rediscover the reasons I truly love to run! Thank you, Hilary (and all the guests you’ve had). You’ve given me some new found confidence!
-
HD1610DCInspiringHilary does a great job of connecting with women from all different backgrounds and running experiences, and helping them tell their inspiring stories. I appreciate the stories and all of the training tips, and the way it discusses all of the challenges of trail running (and life in general), but makes it approachable. After years of road running, signed up for my first trail 50k this spring.
-
Slyder HaterInspired and fired upThis podcast inspired me to run my first trail 1/2 marathon in Moab yesterday. It was one of the coolest things I've ever done and I'm already signing up for my first full trail marathon! Thank you Hilary!
-
lizzie___S6/5 starsThis podcast is so relatable - I’m a huge fan. I love both the stories of the guests and the helpful tips. 11/10 🙌🏼
-
love secondsThank YouI mainly do non-ultra trail races and Obstacle Course Races up to 15ish miles, but have found the podcast very relatable even though my distance isn’t as high as the host or guests. I really appreciate having a place I can listen to people who are likeminded since many (not all) of my local friends don’t enjoy playing in trails for hours.
-
Dana GonAwesome pod castEnjoy and have been inspired by such fantastic trail running stories.
-
@scottykummerGreat StuffVery cool concept and great show. Cool that you are also interviewing some of the everyday folks. Very authentic, very real. Kudos!
-
jenmcdonald88Real people-real storiesI was hesitant about this at first, thinking it might only feature elite runners like so many shows. (Which, good on them, but I can’t relate!) Well, I am hooked. I’m a 50+ woman and I love the stories of regular people who trail run, as well as the features of over 40 women like me. Love it! Keep ‘em coming.
-
Curly Runner GirlAn Excellent Trail Running PodcastI’ve learned so much about trail running, fueling, hydration, chaffing and prevention. I’ve also been inspired by the incredible stories of these strong and amazing women!
-
mercurialmamaStill my favorite podcastLately, I’ve tried a lot of running podcasts, but I still think this one is the best for female athletes, amateur or pro. Hilary and her guests are equally entertaining and informative - whether talking about diet and training tips or the humor in a low point.
-
jdlrunnergirlLove thisRan my first ultra recently. Signed up for my second. Really really enjoy this podcast. Keep it up!
-
Melissa From BufflaoRelevant, relatable and informative!I don’t normally do reviews, but after listening to several shows I had to. Hilary is a down to earth coach and runner who picks topics that are interesting and relevant for all types of female runners. Great show to checkout on your next run!

Original DingerYour run-aspirationIf you need a nudge to get out the door, here's your inspiration. I have especially enjoyed Hilary's interviews with older runners who got their starts later in life and are running 100 mile events. It's like she's speaking right to me. So stop reading this and go listen. Now.
-
