    I took macros 101 in Sept 2020 and have been a follower ever since. I know I’m slow to getting around and writing a review, but I am so impressed with the span of topics amber includes. I’ve loved everything from mindset to perimenopause and her latest one about ways to increase your child’s confidence. I love Amber and her scientific mind and enjoy every podcast I listen to.     I found this podcast a few months back. I was really struggling to count my macros as a vegetarian. I searched “macros for vegetarians” in the podcast search bar and Amber had a podcast that popped up. I loved the information and message. I started listening to Biceps After Babies everyday. This podcast is so informative and is really empowering as a mom of young kids. I also feel comfortable listening to it around my kids because there is no toxic body image or skinny culture in BAB. Love this pod and recommend it to everyone!

    Science works!
    I decided to check out this podcast back in the early Spring when training for a marathon. I was hungry all of the time and actually gaining weight even with all of the running. Amber taught me how to set my macros so that I feel full and hit my goals. I just finished my marathon and I have never felt better. Now my whole family and extended family are interested in learning more!

    Episode 232 carb-cycling and intermittent fasting was eye opening. I have done both in the past and while I see value you in the process, after listening to this episode I realize I would be more successful if I focused solely on my macros and get that figured out before adding another tool. I appreciated her honest evaluation. Great podcast. I love Macros 101 content.

    Just wanted you and your husband to know how much I appreciate your conversation around semiglutide related to weight loss, as well as societal fat phobia, etc. As a former athlete who now lives in a larger body, I truly appreciate your outlook on the complexity of this topic!     Love this podcast! 30 w/ no kids
    I am a very active member of the f45 gym and when we started the latest 6 week weight loss challenge I got my Evolt scan / macros and was sent on my way. I would not have enjoyed this process thus for or been so successful and sure I will be so successful the rest of this year without this podcast. First thing that has worked for me! I relisten to episodes and read transcripts regularly.

    With Amber being an RN plus certified coach, I feel confident that her fitness advice (meals and exercise) is reliable. I dont have time to wade thru a lot of unhelpful info, and she feeds me the straight truth! So happy to have come across her site early in 2024.

    I found Biceps after Babies Radio podcast about 6 months ago, this is really transformational coaching at its best! The changes I have seen in myself from the inside out have been amazing. Weight loss is so much more than just exercising and counting calories. Amber teaches that success comes from the inside, how you speak to yourself, how our choices come from our our thoughts about ourselves and how we can change things from within resulting in changes on the outside. I LOVE THIS PODCAST!

    This is it for me!
    I’ve been searching for YEARS for a nutrition program I could stick to. I have yo-yoed with my weight through my teen years and adult life. I had the knowledge how to lose weight but was never successful keeping it off for very long. Recently I had been praying to know how to treat my body and lose the unneeded weight I have been carrying around for too long. One day I was randomly listening to another podcast I haven’t listened to in awhile and just happened to listen to an episode that had Amber in it. EVERYTHING she said rang true so I found her podcast and started listening. It just so happened that M101 was open for 2 more days so I signed up not really knowing what I was getting myself into but knew Amber knew her stuff and knew what she was doing. M101 is not a fast fix but a lasting program that is helping me repair my relationship with food through shifts in my thinking. I got through the program and am now in the Beyond program and am continuing to learn and have success! I don’t feel like I’m white knuckling my way through life anymore when it comes to food. Everything Amber says makes so much sense. I LOVE her podcasts and the coaching calls done in M101 and Beyond. I’m feeling so hopeful for my future!

    I absolutely love this podcast! I’ve been looking for a podcast that isn’t just a lot of fluff for an hour and then I feel like I wasted my time. Amber offers free golden information about a healthier lifestyle, not just macro counting. Her positive outlook on food has helped me heal some trauma from the past and to not feel discouraged.
