Why Leadership is the Most Important…
This review is for the above noted episode. Andy says he’s spent time on educating and developing himself. Can’t get past his usage of “dude” every other word. How much more effective could you be and the audience reach you could achieve by eliminating this childish and disrespectful term. His content is good but this ruins it.

    Good content. Tad too fast-paced
Solid content but I wish the host would slow down a tad. Comes across as slightly hyperactive. Enthusiasm is good but measured enthusiasm is even better

    What now?
I love this podcast, there is so much information we need and thank you for delivering the information with so much enthusiasm. The most recent episode has got me perplexed! Yes, hormones-no hormones? So many say yes, but I don’t want cancer, no one does. Now I’m back to wondering 😧

Unique conversations that you don’t hear anywhere else!
I’m approaching mid-life and I found so many of the topics relatable and helpful! Natalie Jill is an skillful interviewer and draws great information from her guests. I loved the episodes about trauma processing (Neeta’s story is so inspiring ❤️) and intermittent fasting—I’m still working on losing the COVID weight I gained, so I will definitely be incorporating this advice! I wasn’t expecting to love this podcast as much as I do—it will be on my regular rotation from here out.

I am so inspired by this woman. She’s vulnerable, courageous, and heart centered. I’ve gotten so much from this podcast. As I get older, I’m always looking for ways to reinvent myself and have that pizzazz. Natalie is an amazing role model in setting that example!! I highly recommend!

    Life changing
I heard Natalie’s interview on Betty Rocker’s podcast and it changed my life. I started following her and listening to her podcast from episode 1 and just finished all 280 of them. Some people binge Netflix, I binge Natalie’s podcast! :) Her interviews bring these amazing successful people into a human, relatable form! I have learned so much from each of them and my perspective on life and myself has changed! I have vision board now !( Natalie is on it. LOL) I have found a holistic doctor and took my health in my hands! I started to believe in and accept myself! I’m excited to wake up in the morning with gratitude! Thank you so much for opening my eyes Natalie!

Natalie, host of the Listen Up! with Natalie Jill podcast, highlights all aspects of self-improvement, wellness and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!

    Not a good listener
The host isn’t a good listener. It wasn’t enjoyable to hear her interrupt guests and not allow them to finish sentences based on the questions she asks.
  • Kristinleigh03
    So relevant + refreshing
Thank you for providing us with amazing episodes! I like that some are short and sweet while others are longer and more in depth. Your positive energy and great interview style keeps me engaged and eager to learn more. I’m so thankful for you and your podcast. Keep doing you!

    Miracle mentality and more
This podcast came at the perfect time. And the conversation between Natalie and Tim was so positive! Natalie you asked the right questions. Tim is such a blessing to the world. Just shows you how God sets everything up in our life to fall into place perfectly. These podcasts are so motivating. I take so many notes. Thank you Natalie for the blessing you have been in my life; all the way back to 7day jump start to MBA and Aging in Reverse, to now with Listening Up!! I highly recommend getting to know Natalie.

    Eating Smarter with Shawn Stevenson
This episode blew my mind when I heard the statistics about obesity, diabetes and how only 12% of the population are metabolically healthy. Great information, I already bought the book. Natalie asked all the questions that I was thinking about. Good stuff

    Listen to Natalie!!
Wooo!! I absolutely love listening to Natalie Jill’s podcast and always take away valuable and vital information whether it’s mind, body, fitness, health, overcoming obstacles—this list goes on!! ❤️❤️ Her guest are amazing and a wealth of knowledge! After a podcast, I will find and follow her guests on Instagram or follow their podcasts, knowledge stacking!! I really resonated with the latest episode “Biohacking with Gary Brecka” in regards to the helpful nuggets of wisdom on ADHD and OCD—my brain—and same side injuries. I definitely checked my vitamin bottles! Great details on inflammation, preservatives, digestion, and raw materials!! 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Helpful and interesting , good voice
Enjoyed the tips for decluttering . I’m a mom of a messy, trash hoarder teen. I feel your pain . Eventually they move out! As for me, the older I get the more willing I am to throw things out . Menopause does that . 🤣

    Thank you!
Your podcast is so encouraging and I am so amazed at your courageous heart to share your journey and personal experiences with us. Thanks for your episode about covid. As someone who had covid I appreciated all the truth you shared from your personal experience. Keep shining, the world needs more people like you.
  • Fan for years! ❤️
    I got Covid-19
Thank you Natalie for sharing your experience with Covid-19. You are a true inspiration and it’s always great to hear your perspective and honestly open with us.

    Zero Credibility
Ignorance is real. Listening to your COVID show was a sad lesson in vapid nonsense and hubris. I can’t listen to another show. Unsubscribe.
  • Arnold Howard
    Your interviewing skills
Natalie, you are one of the best interviewers I’ve ever heard. You have the uncanny ability to get people to open up and talk freely. Maybe it’s because you’re so open yourself. I loved how you describe sky diving in your excellent podcast of Andres Pira. You asked Andres great questions.
  • Mark Colgan
Wanna be inspired? Listen to this podcast!

    Leveling Up!
The title of Natalie Jill’s podcast is spot on to the content she delivers!!! Natalie speaks from her heart and shares her own life experiences that we all can relate too. I especially appreciate that Natalie does not use any fitness or nutrition industry jargon. The second I start listening to a podcast that requires a dictionary, I am out. Not so with Natalie Jill, feels like sitting with a great friend enjoying a cup of coffee together. So excited to Level Up!!!!
  • IzoldaT
Fantastic show. It’s the real deal.
The conversations Natalie Jill has with her guests go to those deep, real places. I’m so excited to listen to more to learn from this fierce, fearless woman.

Natalie and Penelope: Thank you for the episode! Penelope you are soooo brave for telling your story. You are awesome. Keep being you! If someone doesn’t like you for you- they’re not worth it. Natalie- thank you. I can’t imagine how hard it was to do this interview. All this at 13!? My daughter is 11 and got a phone a few months ago. She is not allowed on social media. Crazy to me how these girls are so young and very impressionable when they act so mature, mostly. Thank you thank you thank you both! Sincerely, Jen Jones

    Things that actually work.
I love Natalie and have been following her for years. She doesn’t do fads and crash diets. It’s actually things that can fit into your life and give you results that last. She takes into account motherhood and lifestyles that are already in place and helps you fit this all in. Love her and her awesome family! Keep it up!

    Inspirational and uplifting
Wow! What can I say about this podcast. I love the theme. I love listening to the guests’ stories. Natalie has a way to connect with her interviewees. Her questions are insightful, not only allowing me to learn more about her guests but motivating me to become a better person and pursue my own goals. Highly recommend!
  • whywhenwhere
    Calm yourself, please!
Excellent questions bring asked but natalie ‘s frenetic energy and the way she cuts a guest’s answer off sometimes is very distracting and detracts from the interview. She sounds like a ‘Valley girl’ is doing the interview.

    Natalie Jill - Leveling Up
I just finished listening to Breakthrough Limiting Beliefs and Chase Your Purpose with Mark Crandall. I listen to podcasts regularly. I’ve always wanted to leave a review but would arrive at work and forget or get wrapped up in something and say “I’ll do it later”. I really felt the need to say how much I love listening to Natalie. For so many reasons. Her energy, intelligence, sense of humor and being a fabulous human. Her interview with Mark was so beautiful. His honesty about his life in the past was so real and as I listened it made me cry. I do not have anyone in my life who is drug addicted or been in prison. But I am an enabler in other relationships. This really made me want more. I plan to change my actions and live with purpose. Thank you.
  • Pinklivewire
Mark Crandall and then the anxiety podcast
I liked the interview but have a hard time accepting Natalie since she has a screwed up and greedy fitness program. And WOW!! Natalie slurs in the anxiety podcast. Is she wasted???
