He’s just trying to sale us all day. At this point it’s annoying I thought it was teaching financial freedom or real estate for all but from what I hear he’s just trying to make more money and this is just another money vehicle for it. Then goes on about himself frequently about himself but really pushing the agenda I like Chad Carson podcast WAY MORE

This guy just spent 50 minutes in his episode about midterm rentals talking about his conference. Read the transcript folks. I spent 50 minutes listening to a bunch of nothing and sales pitches for a conference. ZERO information about midterm rentals. What on earth was that? I don’t usually take time to write podcast reviews but this was just awful.

Everything is a massive sales pitch. His course has very little valuable information and is a massive waste of money. It is all a money grab, don’t fall for it.

This podcast is definitely a waste of time. I've never heard a podcast post say so much while saying so little. On top of that, he is busy trying to sell you a course which is useless. BiggerPockets is definitely a much better podcast. I just wish BiggerPockets had more episodes.

One of my favorite real estate podcasts and Dustin is a true professional and subject matter expert plus he brings on great guests as well. I went to his conference the last two years and I made life changing connections there.

This podcast is a great resource for those who are brand new to real estate investing. I told myself that this type of investing wouldn’t be for me but as I’ve researched it more, I’ve become more intrigued about all the ways people found success through different niches/strategies. Dustin, keep up the great work and continue to post great content! I’m already working on a venture myself thanks to your podcast! -Manny

This podcast is %80 Dustin selling his coaching and conference and %20 actual content. There’s better podcasts and google searches out there that actually teach you about investing. A little bit if sales is fine…. But this is just too much.

Dustin really knows his stuff and it shows through the advice he shares and the questions he asks his guests on this podcast. He really does a great job of covering the whole spectrum when it comes to real estate investing. Highly recommend this show!

Not only is Dustin a huge inspiration, but he brings inspiring guests to the table every week to talk about all things passive investments, real estate, and financial independence. We could not recommend this podcast more for anyone who is looking to create passive income, or uplevel their investments!

This guy is not a subject matter expert. He’s selling a dream. Very little content. Look for another podcast with a professional.

Dustin strikes the perfect balance as a teacher and life coach, and I know I've enacted many of the changes he has suggested in my daily life. I feel more confident as an investor now, and happier too!

Dustin has been a great teacher! I’ve listened to tons of podcasts, and I feel like I’ve learned more from him in the first four episodes than I did anywhere else. He takes the time to break down the steps and works in the order of steps an investor should take to get started. I came for the investment tips and stayed for the sweet story of the baptism of his kids. It’s such a bonus that he’s a fellow Christian!

Equal parts inspirational and educational. I really enjoy listening. The host Dustin gets into specific strategies and I always learn a lot. Highly recommend!

They speak in general terms. They never share details especially numbers.

Passive income can be used for teleportation! He started one episode saying he was on a six week vacation on the East coast. “I’m in Virginia on a six week vacation with my whole family! We drove up from Florida!” By the end of the episode he was magically transported to England on a “six week European tour with my whole family.” It’s just so inspiring how he’s managed to leverage all this passive income to teleport himself and his family across the world for six weeks while recording a podcast. Dream life!

I absolutely love this podcast! I just recently became interested in earning a passive income through real-estate, and have really been enjoying Dustin’s podcast. The information he provides is easy to understand and he really makes listeners feel that they can actually do this, too. Thank you so much for all you do!

I was listening to this podcast daily when I was just getting started learning about real estate investing. The podcast was perfect to get basic-level info. HOWEVER, after I purchased the course with full access there is very little information that he goes into depth on. I have since gone with other options to learn and MPI is so disappointing. He tells a story 80% of the time and teaches for the other 20% not worth the money. I have also requested to cancel several times and have been charged again with no response to my ticket. I suggest just reading his free book and joining a local investing group.

I’m very into Passive Investing and just now getting into Real estate and he covers a lot of what I already know and helps open my eyes to things I’ve never thought about before. If you’re new to investing or even if you’ve been doing this for a while already he’s worth a listen! Great content Dustin, thank you!

Gives great info and is really trying to help people and all the info is easy to understand and follow along with. Would highly recommend!

I enjoyed listening to it but after while he is just repeatedly saying the same things. His personal stuffs or his brothers that os not related to real estate or mentioning his 6 week trip. I think if he read a bit about public speaking it will be better. he turns a positive point to negative by over use a story. I Liked it but very few tips or points but still I learned from him so thank you .

I started listening to this podcast because I want to start investing in rental property. I’ve learned so much and now I feel ready to start my business.

Dustin gives you a great framework to build your own real estate investing portfolio that creates passive income. He shares a lot of his own experiences, both successes and learning moments, but combine this show with his free course and book and you'll find yourself seeing a basic framework to get started with understanding.

I’ve been listening for months now, and I just keep waiting for this show to improve. And waiting. And waiting. But the constant rambling, self-aggrandizement, and general lack of organization are really holding this show back. Despite the real success Dustin has had and the real potential that is available in real estate investing, he just comes across as a snake oil salesman. Always talking about his “best-selling book” that he gives you for free. It’s not really a best-seller, then. “Here’s a pro-tip: increase your income and reduce your expenses.” Not much of a pro-tip, eh? There is too little substance or detail to keep listening. I get much more from other podcasts such as BiggerPockets, Passive Real Estate Investing, Rental Income Podcast, and Coach Carson. More humility along with detailed, real world experiences would go a long way here.

Very little information on how leverage and market fluctuations impact rental returns/losses. A lot of optimism with less substance than I would like.

Dustin has been there and done it, which makes him a true teacher and professional as far as I’m concerned. I enjoy his podcasts, and his courses as well. I would say to also listen to his content more once, as you will get more out of it by listening again. I hope to be retired in my 30’s too!

I am new. I have been on the sidelines for about a year. I am planning on purchasing a rental in two weeks. This podcast has really provided great information but more importantly it has provided confidence. I have been listening straight for two days. Trading dollars for hours isn’t it. Just found your podcast and can’t put it down. I am an investor, about level 2, with about 20 years experience and listen to some podcast and read books and your podcast is the best. Seems he likes to brag and let everyone know he’s a “millionaire”.

The information is good but his constant bragging is annoying. I understand stating your credentials - what qualifies you to teach or give advice on passive real estate income; however, the constant “I’m a millionaire,” “I don’t work a job because I don’t have to,” is extremely annoying. There are many other podcast options on the same subject, giving the same advice, with as much success as this guy while being less braggadocious!

I was looking for a checklist of what to look for in property managers and Dustin gave me all that and more (while on vacay!). And I met him in person at FinCon and he was a wealth of information and super friendly. Thanks again. -Mike from Philly

You can be sure any topic Dustin teaches will give you everything you need to be prepared and to be able to get the job done. Further, Dustin doesn't hold anything back. -- His podcasts are very entertaining while educational and he has a way of motivating you to go out there and "do" rather than just "dream". At the end of the day, you can tell Dustin loves his "work" and that he approaches teaching real estate from a perspective of abundance. I have learned so much from his podcasts.
