One of my new favorite pods

This is by far the best source of home service business content I’ve ever found. From Tommy’s insight, to the ‘Murderers’ Row’ of guest - this is one podcast that can’t be missed.

I have waited 6 months to write a review for Tommy’s show, because I don’t rate 5 stars unless it’s 5 stars. I listed to every new episode Tommy releases and they have been absolute game changers. I’m 26 years old and I talk to business owners who are in their 30’s and 40’s that credit me for my knowledge. All of my knowledge is from Tommy. After reading both books and listening to 100s of hours of the pod I can say that Tommy has changed my life without speaking a word to me. Thank you Tommy for sharing your knowledge and having a positive impact on so many in the industry. I look forward to meeting you some day.

If you are not just in the home service business, but any business… This is the podcast for you! Crazy amount of value in this podcast, and Tommy only continues to get better and better! “Top must listen” podcast! Especially for the home service provider, but really anyone looking to improve themselves personally and/or professionally.

I've been listening to the show for years and years, almost every single episode. it's a combination of Tommy talking about how dumb he is, and then how brilliant he is, he's the dumbest in the room, and then flipping and bragging about how awesome he is, and how much he has accomplished. There's no doubt about it, He has achieved some amazing things in his life, but most of us listeners are just average people that are making a living and doing well but not doing 100 million a year. I feel like the podcast has become Tommy and his buddies sitting around talking about how amazing they are and reaching levels that very few of us will ever reach. For me personally it's not super inspiring hearing the bragging... it could just be me, but it's becoming more and more unrelatable. A lot of us run service businesses because it provides a great lifestyle, and some of us have no interest in dominating the world. I do really appreciate a lot of the content and the effort the team surely puts into providing it.

Every time I drive, I listen to Mello. I am in a completely different service base business, but I learn new techniques and software ideas every time I listen to him. I recommend him to all my employees and contractors if they want to learn the entrepreneurial mindset and have a free MBA while driving. The amount of information Tommy shares freely is impressive. There really is nothing else like it. Even good podcasts are usually the top of some sort of funnel to gain access to the truly valuable, actionable information. But if you do what Tommy says, you will build a profitable service company.

Do you own a home service company(any industry)? Do yourself, your family and your team a favor and listen to what Tommy is sharing. Every single episode, book and event Tommy puts out is absolute gold.

I’ve listened for roughly 6 months. Wow do I wish I would have done A) done it sooner and B) had something 1/100th of this available when I started my own business. Having information like this could have turbocharged our first few years and saved a fair amount of issues that we ran into. I love listening and learning of new things to implement. The information is more than just the smoke and mirrors that some experts leave to get you on the hook for a sale somewhere else. I wish more people would listen and elevate their game.

I was recommended to listen to Tommy podcast “home service expert” by a HVAC business owner at home service freedom. There are 300 something episodes, I listen to about 10 episodes and all are really good content. Highly recommended to anyone in the home service industry either you work as an employee or business owner.

I love Tommy’s podcast and I love Tommy.I appreciate his focus on doing the right thing and his talent at identifying where to focus and then actually doing it. I have a home service business (home cleaning) and i can say without question that Tommy has inspired me and opened doors for me that have made a giant difference in my business and life. appreciate the focus on doing the right thing. I’m thrilled for his success and his commitment to other business owners and his and our people (employees, customers and vendors all benefit)!!! I went to vertical track last year and I can’t wait for the freedom event this year.

Tommy shares his success stories with everyone so we can benefit from his wins, as well as his losses. After reading his books and attending Home Service Freedom, his podcast is just the icing on the cake to keep us motivated and moving forward. Its like having your own personal trainer, but in podcast form.
