CasaDePapiPabloListening for yearsBeen listening for years. Excellent insights, very entertaining interviews. When I listen while running, my heart rate stays super low. Also when I’m anxious the night before a race, Matt’s calming voice helps me relax.
-
Imam147Great overallLove all your stuff and I learn a lot from you. Please comment less on all your LetsRun haters. I like you and your content and don’t like to hear you vent about those people who don’t deserve any of your time or platform.
-
Panicman5150Training talkI love the random stories from Luke and the crazy heat he gets to train in. It is good to hear the everyday struggles and success both he and Matt deal with like the rest of us. Fast and not as fast, we all feel the joy and pain.
-
SRGKQTop running podcastLove this podcast. Inspiring interviews, instructional training talk. Love the hosts’ passion for the sport.

B-FitzFor the running nerd!Great pod, YouTube, and content! I always enjoy the raw organic feel to the story telling as they continue to push the sport forward.
-
NovascrGreat source for running news, tips, and narrativeI really enjoy the Sweat Elite podcast and typically listen during my runs. The show features a nice balance of running news from the professional world, tips and workouts for amateur runners along with personal journeys from the host and guests related to running goals.
-
uke proGreat variety for any endurance enthusiastI love the variety of content this podcast provides. From weekly recaps of what is happening in running or triathlon, to interviews with top tier guests, this podcast has everything you need to be entertained. The sweat elite YouTube channel is also fantastic 😊
-
HztstzgsLove the interviews! Keep up the work!I’ve loved listening along for the past few years. Keep doing what you do.
-
Will BrayerGreat running podcastVery insightful to get a sense of similarities and differences between elite, semi elite and recreational distance runners
-
Mile by MileA great mix of running training and newsIt took me a minute to find the podcast. I was watching all the videos on YouTube and came across the podcast. It was exactly what I wanted to hear. Lots of interviews with runners from all over about their training techniques plus Matt Fox has a great perspective because of his 800m background. The insights given are spoken in terms that non-elite runners can relate to. Also, the news given with the perspective of Henry Wynne is even more insightful. Fully enjoy Sweat Elite.
-
Tmoneymoney41Please research this guy . . .Matt is embroiled in a new drama every few months, and rightly so, he’s an awful person. He plagiarizes training plans, harasses young athletes and most recently has spewed anti-semetic hatred toward a paying client that called him out for his ChatGPT responses. These are just the things we know about!
-
carryme21tThought he was coolUntil I saw him be a sexist, racist, and all around crummy guy to multiple clients and runners in the industry. Disappointing.
-
Runnerchiccy1818AntisemiticYour antisemitic responses to your former client are appalling and disgusting. I am no longer a listener and hope others see your true and ugly colors. Shame on you.
-
teslappleslow down pleaseplease talk slower, long fast run on sentences no pun intended
-
JcwallerVery interesting insightsThe interview with Nathan Dailey and the discord option sounds like a game changer. I really appreciate that concept.
-

TGdude456Great listenInsightful training tips from Matt and from guests. Pairs nicely with the YouTube content.
-
Matty_C422Finally got the podcast we neededBeen following Sweat elite for a while. I know Matt has trouble making himself the center of attention but this is the attention economy & he has good stuff to share here! Happy he’s doing this however long it lasts.
-
mwenzel93Insightful and Interesting!Matt has a conversational way of sharing insights into running at a high level and keeping it real that’s very enjoyable.
-
@Progression_Health on IGA must listen for any distance runnersTop quality production, consistent and unique insights and info - I always learn something with each podcast and YouTube video.
-
J. MederosThank youI look forward to each new episode that comes out. Great podcast!
-
Michael Smith 2.0Matt Fox is not a good manAll you need to do is look into his record with training groups (of which he almost always gets banned) or fraud with plagiarism. Don’t support a show that is built by a man who has ruined peoples lives.
-
CRWDtalkStraight heatThis is easily my favorite podcast surrounding sports, running, and training. Matt does such a great job interviewing his guests. Usually I’ll be thinking of a question in my head, and then Matt will ask it. Straight wizardry on the mic.
-
James Chaves 1InspirationalI ran a wet and hilly 20 miler today listening to Nick and Kristian with Matt. I was so pumped as I chase sub 3:00:00. I will be tuning in on Sunday and cheering loudly. You guys can do this!!
-
ThugbluAwesome work! Some of the sound is lacking in consistency. Your intro. music blows up my AirPods, but then I can barely hear the guest… This a great podcast overall, keep it up!

KmoeMoneyThe Story of the JourneyI love the journey. It doesn’t always need to be perfect, and I love the fact that Sweat Elite shows us the highs and Lows of training. Watching and listening to the best of the best is always something that is intriguing … well done.
-
MaassebeansGreat presentationThe guests are great and the interview questions are solid. I think my favorite part is the cool, Calm and professional vibe that this podcast has. It is like low HR training for the ears.
-
Kate HollowberryDetailed and In-depth InterviewsI’ve really enjoyed listening to this podcast because of the detailed information presented by athletes and coaches about how elite running training is planned and executed. The host is well-informed and researched on the sport and the guests he interviews. Makes for a very engaging show!
-
boozestatusLove the SweatElite podcast!!!For anyone training for a running event, no matter the level, there is some real value to be gained here. Every episode is about something totally different. Even as a very amateur but aspiring runner, I find it all extremely interesting, insightful, and very useful. Bravo SweatElite!
