No matter the topic, I always find K & A give me lots of food for thought. I enjoy the cameraderie between the two hosts and they have great interview questions for their guests. If you're looking for a creative, thoughtful podcast, you're in the right place with Crafty Ass Female.

I love how niche their podcast is, it speaks to such a nuanced crowd and they have really created an amazing community. They’re also so welcoming to the folks they have on their show to show diverse thought and more. Really excited to keep listening!

I’ve never rated a podcast before and I really like the substance of this podcast, but I just can not get past one of the host saying “like” every other word. Just leave the word out. Everything is not “like”, most things just are.

I would love to subscribe but Kristins mouth noises are too much. It sounds like she has a mouth full of spit and I am one of those people that can’t stand that. It’s very distracting. Otherwise I love the content. Maybe the power of editing can help with that? I know a lot of people hate that as well.

I have enjoyed this podcast in the past but the past 6-9 months it has taken a turn in a more political direction. Many topics can be discussed in the crafty realm but find most discussions to be one sided.

A&K are genuine, candid, and funny. The crafty topics covered inspire creativity. The social media issues are relevant. The topics on mental health is so pertinent to discuss. You ladies are insightful and a delight to listen to. Thanks!

I stumbled on this podcast at episode 42, and loved it so much that I started over from the beginning. I’m loving how poignant the content is, and makes me think and reflect on my personal story. I’m enjoying binging on all the episodes.

I just discovered this podcast last week and I am so, so excited and happy. I just love everything about this. The discussions are so purposeful and meaningful for me. I appreciate the candid and probing nature of this podcast. Kristin and Amanda offer their questions as well as their wisdom about crafting and life. Their conversations have a weight and depth to them that is enlightening and inspiring. I believe they are two very important voices in the crafting industry and worth listening to.

Really enjoying listening to this podcast....makes my commute to work so much easier....I’m especially the special guests they’ve had on lately...would love to attend the awesome ladies retreat but traveling to Michigan right now is not possible....keeping my fingers crossed that the next time Kristin is on the east coast, Amanda and her will plan a get together with fans on this side of town! I really enjoy listening to A & K each week whether they are solo or interviewing other women in the crafting world. They are a good match! As a person who is new to memory keeping I have learned a lot from this podcast.

5 stars for these amazing empowered crafty ladies talking to other amazing empowered crafty ladies about their talents and businesses! I don’t listen to many podcasts, but this is one of my favorites. 💗

Amanda and Kristin’s ideas and concepts are great. Two powerful, fun, and funny women in an ever evolving industry. However, I cannot get past their overuse of the words “like”, “so”, etc. It’s unbearable. Do you not listen to these episodes before you publish them?? Please do some editing. Please. I’ll likely keep checking back to see if this issue improves, but for now I just can’t continue.

Content-wise, this podcast is everything I’ve been wishing was out there. Fellow crafty ladies talking creativity and life? Sign me up! I’m a longtime Amanda fan-girl and love EVERYTHING she does, but this podcast feels unbalanced in terms of energy, positivity, and professionalism, and the hosts mismatched. They seem soooooo different, one often talking over the other, it makes things awkward and uncomfortable to listen to. The use of the filler “like” is unbearable and distracting to the point that I had to stop listening. I’m hoping to give it another try, but unless that part is addressed I just can’t listen.

I love podcasts and when Kristin announced she would be joining forces with Amanda to create one, I knew it would be a fun ride. I love that I can listen to CAF while commuting, gardening, or even crafting. They are such a good pair and I’m glad that they started this podcast.

Enjoyed the topics of the podcast but a little distracting because at times the hosts sound very bored with the guest. I'll try another episode.

I was thrilled to find a crafty podcast. These ladies may be talented, creative, and have a lot to offer, but their skills in talking and communicating are terribly lacking. The overuse of the word 'like' is unbearable...one would think they were listening to junior high teeny boppers.

Great show. Fun to listen to these girls talk about whatever! I look forward to new episodes.

I wanted to love this podcast as I'm always looking for new voices in the scrapbooking world. I followed these ladies for years and have loved their projects. The content is good but their overuse of the word "like" was so distracting that I had to quit after 4 episodes.

I sooo want to like this podcast. In terms of crafting, these women are speaking my language and I’m very much interested in what they have to say. I would love for them to keep me company on my commutes to and from work HOWEVER, like a couple of others have noted, they say “like” entirely too often. It really is distracting to the point that it becomes too annoying to continue listening . It is not my intent to be mean or rude but to the hosts, your podcast could be much better/stronger if you would curb your usage of “like.” I understand that the tone is meant to be casual and conversational but IMHO your overuse of it is a detriment to the quality of the show.

Thank you for doing this ladies! I enjoy listening because I feel like I’m having a real conversation with my girls. As a person who doesn’t have any crafty friends at all, this just feels like the show I never knew I needed in my life!

I really want to be able to listen to the show as I am a big paper crafter, I listened to episodes 1 and 2 and then had to shut it off after 10 minutes of episode three. They use the word like so many times and not in the correct format, as a filler. There are even times when they say like, like. Hoping they can rein this in in future episodes, I will try to listen to a recent one and see if it’s any better but otherwise I just can’t.

I could not make it through episode 1 If you made this podcast a drinking game and took a shot every time they say “like” you would be taking multiple shots per some sentences and would be like drunk after like five minutes like really!!! It was WAY too distracting

So enjoying these episodes! Love the topics and the perspectives - especially the message about knowing yourself and making our creativity work for us. Thanks for being outside the box.

Kristin and Amanda hit it out of the park with this podcast so far. They are (so far) telling their stories which encourages others to tell theirs also which is very important. Can’t wait for more episodes.

This is such an excellent podcast. Amanda and Kristin are wonderful together, bringing out the best crafty-feminist sides of each other. They are compassionate and encouraging, and I just want to go make stuff now!
