Don’t remember when I started listening to Bedros but love his message. He reinforced that men don’t retire. We need to have purpose

I’m 23 so Bedros being more than twice my age and dropping these gems has helped me improve a lot and focus on my life overall ( nutrition, fitness, mindset, and working on getting my finances right). These podcast got me through last year which was a rough year for me, but I was able to maintain my fitness and my mental health and part of that was listening to this podcast. Your journey inspires me to be great, thank you Bedros!

I’ve been searching for someone like this for a while and BK has really altered my way of thinking. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for him and finding this podcast. I’m like a little kid waiting for a new episode of his favorite show every week. This podcast is one my religious tools that I cannot ever break from. NEVER STOP THIS SHOW

Recently I’ve been making some changing as a 17 year old. I’ve been cutting my friends off that were close to me, but with specific reason of just something not feeling right due to the choices I’ve made myself. So I made my choice and I cut them off and then I felt a sense of relief. Now it has showed me the bigger picture of what my life is going to be. So I came back to this show after some months and now I’m actually listening and trying to get stuff done.

Normally I don’t always agree with this man cause I’m one the those fat guys he rips on. But this episode was just a big eye opened and helpful to be more resilient and unafraid to go do stuff.
