I’m not sure if I’m just a cynical person, but a lot of other Kings pods, particularly the ones sponsored and ran by the team itself, are so frustratingly positive and mundane. The Bannermen feels like I’m sitting in a room listening to two long time Kings fans chat about the team, ugly bits and all. It just feels more honest and is always so entertaining. Love the podcast, thank you guys.

Varty and Karo are life long Kings fans and a very entertaining listen. If you’re a Kings’ fan, you gotta listen.

I found this pretty recently since I’ve had a lot more free time because of lockdown/shelter in place stuff and I’ve really been enjoying listening through their episodes. Great analysis but they definitely don’t take themselves too seriously to have fun. Also, their jersey number trivia has been a fun lesson in Kings history for me since I’m a younger fan. Nice work!

Best LAKings podcast out there. These guys know hockey and offer up a lot of great information and with opinions that make a lot of sense. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Not to mention you will have a few laughs here and there. Unlike the other boring LA Kings (official podcast).

I stumbled upon this podcast because after living in Los Angeles for 15 years I moved to Miami and there is not a lot of hockey talk, let alone Kings. I love All the Kings Men but there are less episodes this year, and with how bad the Kings have been, I've been searching for more talk about them, so I can hope for prospects. I went on a dig for more podcasts on the Kings and found these two. Complete dorks in the best way possible. I genuinely enjoy hearing other adult men that enjoy watching another group of adult men play hockey and have no problem being over the top excited about it. It's great. Keep it coming. This is literally the second review I've ever wrote for anything. I'm an actual fan that looks forward to a new episode. When there is some free time or I'm board and I see there is one, I get pumped. Thanks! Good stuff

These two are the best. No dumb personal stories, no “Hollywood” pretense. They just talk (astutely) about Kings hockey. Some day, there will be a Jeopardy answer, “Who is Varti”. Highly recommend for any Kings fan.

These guys love the Kings. They are also brutally honest about them, and they know the history of both the sport and the team. Fun podcast to listen to.
