    Love the passion
So many good episodes on how to stay healthy naturally with no nonsense in menopause!

Not a fan of the guests
I hate hearing men discuss menopause and calling us females. Nope. Not a fan. This guest was such a turn off to where I’m unfollowing the show. Did he give good info? Idk. There are too many excellent experts who are women to have a man discussing these sensitive topics.

    Great Listening but
Please do more about hair loss especially around FFA. This is a new epidemic that is affecting women and it is devasting.

So glad I found this podcast!
Wow, wow, wow, I am SO glad I found this podcast. I love Dr. Lovely’s gutsy approach for demanding equitable healthcare for women going through the menopause transition. She consistently delivers practical and useful information, has industry leading guests, and I love her wit and personality. We need more Dr. Lovely’s in the world, fighting for us!

    Not good
I really really wanted to like this podcast and kept trying to listen. But it just really isn’t good. Dr. Fiona Lovely seems kind and I would probably like her as a friend, but this podcast is not scientifically based and full of confusing/ misleading information and personal opinion. I wanted more solid information. If you prefer a more accurate podcast, I would recommend Dr. Streicher. The host might come off as a little less likable, but the podcast is so much more useful.

    Grateful!
I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Lovely’s podcast! I recently started listening and I have learned SO much. I also do feel as alone in my menopause experience!

    Wonderful podcast!!
I just started binge listening to this podcast and it is amazing! It’s nice to feel like I’m not going through menopause alone and that other women are going through similar situations. I love how she explains the truth about more natural ways to improve our bodies and how informative she is about hormone therapy. This is just the podcast I was looking for. Keep up the great work! ❤️

This episode (as many, many of others have) really touched home for me. Dr. Lovely has been an educational inspiration, and the various ailments discussed in this particular podcast have given me a path to move forward when I’ve felt lost as to where to go, what to do, and whom to ask. Thank you! For discussing the hard stuff (often yucky)! Thanks to both of you wonderful women for being leaders in being well!!

    Dr Lovely is lovely!
I’ve been listening to Dr Lovely on Facebook and on these podcasts- I appreciate her bluntness, her humor and her wisdom surrounding women’s health and wholeness! I have learned so much and have applied this new knowledge & awareness to my life and my daily routines. 🙏🏼☺️

    So Helpful, Thank you.
Love this podcast and am sharing with anyone I know who might be struggling as they traverse this challenging time in life. For me knowing that there are actions I can take to support myself helps me feel more balanced on the days when I feel so overwhelmed, it’s hard to feel the possibility for finding my way through this time. Also, the podcast has helped me to realize that there are many women who are feeling challenged and who are struggling with ways to feel more balanced and connected more deeply to themselves during this time. While we all must face this time of life alone and in our own way, we are also not isolated or alone in the struggle and challenge. Thank you Dr. Lovely for the information you provide and the opportunity to view menopause and peri menopause with a new perspective.

    Not Science Based
There are better menopause podcasts available that are science based rather than based on this clinician’s personal opinion and experiences. Her disclaimers are a red flag to this too.

    Grateful
This podcast is a must for women all ages. Information is power and surely Dr. Fiona speaks from experience, knowledge and practice. I am so grateful she shares this info with us and give us tools to navigate one of the most challenging times in my life. I love she is so brave, clear, uses plain language, her opinions and that she is so passionate and so devote to help us. Such an example to follow.

    Much needed message!
THANK YOU for putting thesemessages out here!! I’m 49 and coach midlife women (and have my own podcast). I’ve been coaching for 10+ years and now my clients (and myself) are moving into (and moving through) peri menopause and are looking forward empowering uplifting voices to encourage us as we move into this awesome stage of our life. Your message is so so so needed and I am so grateful for you!!! More episodes like 24 need to be done by more and more voices. As u say, if this were a male problem.... #togetherwerise THANK YOU Susie Pettit

    I’m hooked
Just started from the beginning. One of my first podcasts ever! So glad I found this one. It’s so refreshing to hear a doctor speak about treatments outside of the typical go to one size fits all pharmaceutical approach.

    Good info but ...
Good info but she’s on a feminist head trip ... totally can take a hard pass on her rude political language.

    Not medically accurate
A gynecologist’s opinion. It is clear that Dr. Lovely is a dedicated and caring clinician and I appreciate her devotion to informing women. But her information mixes facts and hunches in a way that can be very confusing. In the first episode she states that she believes that birth control pills caused her Pap smear to show precancerous cells that went away when she stopped the pills. We know that cervical cancer is caused by the HPV virus and now we have a more accurate test than just the Pap. Stopping the birth control pill won’t stop precancerous changes and might lead to pregnancy. I agree that women should make their own choices but based on known science. Endocrinology is very different from chiropractic care.

    No your mother’s menopause
I would feel as though I was losing my mind if I hadn’t come across these podcast. I recommend to all my girlfriends. Wish I had heard them in my early 40 instead of late 50’s.

THANK YOU!!! Finally - I am not the total nut job I thought I was!!!!
Only 2 epdisodes in so far and thank God I found you!!!! (the one on depression/inflammation is GREAT - I said 'YASSSSSSSS!' to the peri-rage comment!!! I am amazed I am not incarcerated. It's crazy!) 2 years into the beginning of symptoms (45 yrs. old, no kids) and I've thought I was having a heart attack, some great panic attacks, hair loss (so sad about this) and general hate for everyone and everything I have known...IT'S THE WIERDEST THING EVER!!! Thank you for your plain speak and sharing in this bananas of a time! We're gonna make it!

    Fantastic
What an amazing podcast. It’s like I have found a light at the end of the tunnel. As I start or have been mid stream in peri menopause at such an earlier age that I expected, (Maybe not so much earlier since my mom was young too)I have found all of the information to be refreshing and encouraging. My obgyn doubted my symptoms because I am on the early age spectrum, which is absolutely frustrating, but I am finding relief from these podcasts and really working on self care.

Great information for women 40 and up
Starting Perimenopause I have no idea what to expect or what the symptoms are. Because this is not discussed and even doctors may not be discussing with their patients, this podcast is a boon for women. Thank you for the information!
