    Love it
I really enjoy this podcast. I currently hold a leadership role in a very respectable EMS service and am currently preparing for a promotion. This podcast has helped me in my current role as well as preparing me for the next rank. I’m sad I am going to run out of episodes to listen to soon. I love Meisha’s voice, shes easy to listen to. She comes off as very authentic and shares so much useful and insightful information that is pertinent to a leadership role for all levels and career fields. I love the interviews she has with other people too it keeps things interesting and helps to gain multiple different perspectives. I also like the producer. He’s funny, happy, and together they make a great team.

    Slow
Takes a long time to get to the point and the concepts are not explained very clearly.
