LennythepoohGreat show!!I only started working my way through the catalogue but these guys are doing a great job. They’re funny, witty and seem to always make my work day go by so quick! Thanks for the show guys keep up the good work!
-
Callieeeeeeeeeeeeee(:AwesomeI just found this podcast today June 2024. You guys are awesome; listening to your horror movie reviews makes my work day fly on by as well as providing lots of great background information on movies.
-
CS8022Great showlove the feeling nostalgia when listening to the guys talking about the old movies that we all watched. Makes me want to go to a blockbuster and rent a handful of scary movies.
-
misterjay42Ignore the bad reviewsThis show is amazing and refreshing in a sense that it’s a couple of brothers and friends having a great time talking about horror movies. If you just want facts and insight go read IMDb. If you want to hang out and have a good time instead of shining your ivory armor or leering down your nose on your throne at the edge of a cliff that you should throw yourself from then definitely give these guys a listen!!!! Love, Josh from The Evil deaths. P.S. meet the feebles please!!!!

Tasteful HumanAmateur HourI’m a fairly casual horror movie fan, but enjoy thoughtful analysis of some of my favorites. I discovered this podcast and decided to try it out on my daily commute. Being a George Romero fan, I chose their review of Day of the Dead. What an irritating, meandering, unprepared mess. The Beavis and Butthead-esque tangential and non-related joking, etc., what a disappointment. Here’s an idea, why don’t you do a little more research, cover some topics that haven’t already been covered 10 times in the various documentaries about this movie, and for gods sake make some notes. They confuse people who worked on the film and just got a lot flat out wrong. I’m not sure what I was expecting. Apparently I already knew more about this movie than these guys do. They offer no real insight, metaphorical analysis or introspection on the message of the movie. Also, talk like you have a pair- be assertive, commanding, engage the listener. These guys sound kind of slow. This was very underwhelming, boring actually.
-
CornholeeressShameThis show was great from 2017-2019. Went downhill quick as they tried to make this more PC. The brothers thinking they are going to have a acting career is laughable. Stick to working at your parents theater.
-
JeepinoldmanAwful!Don’t waste your time on this podcast. A bunch of guys trying to talk over each other, going off on tangents that have nothing to do with the movie they’re reviewing. You could get the same thing if a bunch of high school boys decided to do a podcast.
-
podcastjunkie64One of the best shows out thereThis podcast should be at the very top of any horror fan’s list The guys are funny as it gets, they know their horror stuff and the show is always easy to follow. It just doesn’t get any better than this.
-
carlosisdeadWowI have been looking for a show like this for a while. Been listening for a couple weeks now and they always manage to crack me up. They are so detailed with all their information and all these guys know a lot about the topics they have for the show. These dudes are awesome, hilarious, and exciting to listen to. Can’t wait for more!
-
bradleyjakobOver itThis would be an awesome podcast if they would quit joking about Judd and graphic details of pedophilia.
-
Emma_thymePretty goodThis show is pretty good all around. Funny content and good movies are covered in this show. I will say that as a women I find the show a little sexist at times when the hosts discuss female characters. I try not to take it too seriously though. Overall it’s worth listening to if you love horror.

nicknameoxMehSeems like this podcast needs a backbone

jim swistekHorror showGreat show and great movie she walks in the woods is. Keep up the great work guys . Fun to listen to. Great warmth to the show. You can feel the love of their friendship and of this great genre.
-
LeLaletEntertainingI’ve started listening to this a week ago and now that’s all I listen to at work. Thanks guys for getting me through the night. Also I enjoy Jud he’s really funny 😁 keep up the good work 👍.
-
McblazedThese guys are awesome! The movie reviews are spot on without political bs thrown in. There stories are hilarious. Always a good listen.
-
jckatzDisappointingI listened to part of two or three episodes before getting disgusted about how these guys talk about women. If you want to hear about things other than the female actresses breasts, skip.
-
GrizzlyBeard95Top horror podcastLove the show and love the banter. Listen everyday at work. Helps get me through the day. Being a big horror fan I learned a lot from this show and interesting facts. I hope to hear about more recent films. I know it is cult classic horror but it would be nice to hear about modern day horror as well.
-
ShioxusThe mad ladsI freaking love this podcast. They get their facts wrong occasionally, and most or all of the hosts haven’t seen the movie until it’s chosen for the podcast, but none of that matters! This podcast is free of PC culture and all that crap. But they don’t flaunt that or use it as a selling point. Nah, they are just some dudes saying what they really think without trying to tiptoe around modern snowflakes. 10/10 for using the term “pep nips” more than once lol Plus, they have some good fun with the movies too!
-
rjh643The Monster Squad? So happy I found your podcast. Love your reviews. One movie I would like you guys to review is The Monster Squad.
-
KokkGoblinNot very good.Hosts have a good rapport. That’s the klknot reason I gave a second star. Hosts seem to have rarely ever seen most of the movies before they watch them for their review. They also tend to not like many movies. Also, very sexist
-
NevadasGraceStill worth a listenNot exactly geared towards women, and definitely not the most PC or academic horror podcast. Slightly sexist? (Rosemary’s Baby episode.) The hosts tend to meander a lot. Still, the opening and closing musical montage is awesome and worth listening for that alone.
-
jabreeceIf you enjoy classic horror give CCH a listenI grew up loving the cheesy classic horror of the 70-90’s. Some of my best teenage memories surrounded a group of friends watching Pumpkin Head and Evil Dead. Then making fun of the movie after watching it a dozen times. Listening to the podcast is like hanging out with the guys after hitting a Blockbuster. Give it a try and get hooked.
-
Marcain86A Must Listen!Recently I came across this podcast and I’ve been binge listening to it! Danny,Scotty, and Rob are hilarious to listen to while they dissect the great and the not so great horror movies of yesteryear. My favorite running gag was during the Hellraiser episodes was prankster Pinhead/Doug Bradley! I can’t recommend this enough if you are a horror fan!
-
Nefarious KnightEvery Thursday! My favorite horror movie podcast hands down! The hosts are very entertaining and informative. They’ve obviously been horror fans since they were kids growing up like a lot of us watching 80’s horror movies from video stores. Don’t know why I haven’t become a patron yet!
-
jjloe77THE BEST!Absolutely my favorite podcast....hands down. These guys are hilarious! I look forward to each and every show!

Dayne DamageWhatta buncha knuckleheads!Y'know... there's plenty of podcasts out there with folks who know cinema, folks who know the ins-and-outs of horror, folks who watch the movies they review... it's not hard to find them. Plus they're all FREE! This one... this one stands out. It stands out because it's hosted by a buncha knuckleheads with their own viewpoint who can actually express their opinion (whether you agree with it or not) in an entertaining way. They don't need to spend half the episode discussing what kind of super cool beer they're gonna drink - they are entertaining enough without the 'liquid courage.' They'll talk about their weird neighbors, their weird relatives, their weird and aggressive pets, maybe eventually they'll get around to the movie they're reviewing (unless it's C.H.U.D. II) but it's still a fun, politically-incorrect, unique take on the movies we enjoy. There's room for this kind of podcast and I'm glad it exists. As much as I like other podcasts, it would be really boring if this was just like all the others. Keep it up you guys!
-
DaleanceSolid Horror PodcastFans of horror will love this podcast!
-
Z-WALLLNo need to to listen to any other!!!My go to podcast for horror movies, I listen to these guys everyday at work!!!
-
Rhodes74Great horror and good times!Hands down my favorite horror movie podcast. Let’s be honest, if you’re a fan of horror you’re a strange misfit. This podcast lets you feel like you’re hanging out with friends talking about movies. If you’re tired of talking to the guy next to you at work about a random horror movie and getting the sour milk face of disgust then this is the podcast for you. The guys are funny, informative and have varying opinions on what they like which makes for great discussions. Well worth a listen

BTBAMrules310Their Lack of Knowledge is AlarmingListened to a few episodes and noticed some factual errors they made, but I let it slide. But the nail in the coffin was the Sleepaway Camp 2 episode. If you're going to have a podcast, have some some knowledge about what you are discussing, or do some research. Among the Sleepaway Camp 2 episode errors: Alice Cooper did the music for Friday the 13th Part 6, not Nightmare on Elm St. (although he did appear in NOES part 6). Sleepaway Camp 4, not Return to Sleepaway Camp was the one that was filmed in the early 90s but never really finished and was just thrown together with clips. Don't know who the Brat Pack is, and don't know who Robin Wright is? :insert eyeroll: They don't know these things, but one of them knows the lyrics to a Will Smith song??? I'm out.

EjmosbachEhI tried to like this, I really did. I love listening to horror movie podcasts and since I ran out of available episodes of my favorite ones, I gave this a shot. I kept having to turn it off because it would piss me off. These guys are misogynistic d-bags. Talking about women’s breasts and the nudity in horror movies constantly and they’re completely incapable of speaking of any leading women without degrading them. I saw other reviews where they said they talked and joked about rape. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those ones. I’m sure they’ll roll their eyes and say I’m a SJW feminazi but whatever. I def wouldn’t recommend.
-
TimFromAlaskaGreat sowThe hosts really know their horror! Each show is informative and entertaining. Be warned- it’s a pretty adult podcast.
-
Father MedusaI gave it a chanceI tried out this podcast after reading the title of an episode. While I appreciate the effort the cast shows, it’s not funny (it’s titled as a Comedy/horror podcast) and it’s rather bland and uninteresting. I feel bad since I usually find something good about all podcast I check out. There are a lot of channel/podcast about horror that are funny and intriguing. I hope this show picks up. I ll check again in a few months. 1 star for the effort and commitment.

bbpearlandMisogyny and Rape Jokes Mixed with General Ignorance about the Halloween FranchiseI came across this podcast earlier today, and was interested to hear their take on the original Halloween as well as Halloween II. I was disgusted to hear the degrading and objectifying language that they used in regard to several of the actresses. I agree with an earlier review which stated that they are completely unable to make insightful comments about female protagonists, and instead focus entirely on their bodies. Worse than this is the fact that rape jokes were made in both of the episodes that I listened to. One of them mentioned something about Michael taking advantage of Lynda in the original film, while he was still wearing his ghost outfit. I believe his words were something along the lines of “I’m not saying it would be right or wrong, but...” Since he seems to lack basic understanding of consent, I will answer for him. It would be wrong, and it’s unbelievably disgusting for anyone to suggest otherwise, even jokingly. They made similar statements in the Halloween II episode. I’m not sure why their podcast has so many positive reviews, when there are several other programs that manage to do a better job of dissecting the films and that do not contain casual sexism. I’m aware that they probably won’t pay much attention to this review, but I thought that I would share my opinion.

stop the popAwesome! This is a great podcast for fans of classic horror! They cover popular titles as well as obscurities and have recently began weighing in on new horror films during their “what we watched this week” segment. The hosts are humorous and true fans of the genre. They also connect with their audience well via social media. This is one cult you should join!
-
Hornet mech 18Excellent!Awesome and funny podcast for horror lovers! One of my favorite podcasts period!
-
SuicidefoxxHorror Done RightThis is probably one of the best horror themed podcasts out there. The jokes, the Doug Bradley pranks and the love for good movies makes this a great show. The only real issue is the massive love boner that one of the co-hosts has for Stephen Weber and that other Shining movie.
-
Chimera's ComicsMy new addictionI like this podcast so much I'm leaving this review even though I think I already left one. Just because I want to make sure I tell everyone how funny and nostalgic this podcast is. I'm listening to every old episode to rediscover my favorite horror movies and find new ones too!
-
MayaEvelynfSub-par at bestWhen I first began listening to this podcast I was excited, I thought I'd found something great. I'm a huge horror fan, I love all of the classics, I thought this would be a fun listen and the guys seemed funny and cool. But let's talk about why I'm giving this one star, these guys don't care at all about women in horror. They love pointing out when they have nice breasts or good bodies, but when it comes to actually analyzing women's roles they suddenly become incapable of comprehending someone of another gender with the vital talent of portraying the emotions that make the horror genre, well- horror. And honestly, they're kind of offensive and a little racist, I'm sure they'll brush a review like this off as a triggered millennial, but maybe they should get with the program and try a little harder to please horror fans other than 50 year old white dudes.
-
Agent Fox MuldilationAwesome showOne of the best ones give it a listen!!
-
NeenWeenYes!!!!This podcast is the bomb! And that's coming from a huge horror fiend! If you're into anything horror, you'll love this podcast.

lizzybell.walkerExcellent podcast and great hosts (and cohosts)The Cult Classic Horror Show is a great podcast. There are a few horror related podcasts I subscribe to, and this is one of the best. The Blood Brothers are knowledgable and passionate about the films they discuss, and the interviews are fantastic. Keep it up, guys!
-
EnekichVery InformativeAs a fan of horror I really enjoy the insight and inside information. This podcast is really entertaining and I would highly suggest subscribing!

-
Elyad TropnevadIt's scary how good this isUsually that's a sentiment reserved for food, but this podcast will certainly feed a horror afficionado's appetite. Being an avid cult horror fan, I have binge listened and blasted through this like Ash through deadites. Hearing all the tidbits and criticisms on all these films is like sitting in on MST3K, but with more chill hosts that aren't afraid to let their fanboyisms show. It's easy to relate to these brothers while learning fascinating facts about movies near and dear to us. Love them, love the podcast, and I am looking forward to much more to satisfy my craving for banter on deliciously culty horror.
-
Groovygirl70A Groovy Show!!!So....do you love classic horror? If so, this is the show for you! These guys are so entertaining, and when they talk to cast members, who knows what will happen! Definately need to check them out!
-
KGP97739Fun stuff. One of my favorite topics: Evil Dead. Listening to Danny and Scott talk about such a fun subject was great. You wish you could be sitting in the same room as you sip your favorite beverage and dish on your favorite horror movie with them.
-
