This was my first lifestyle podcast that I found and fell in love with. I can personally relate to these two and love listening to their experience and advice. They have really built a solid community to pull from and grow with. Please never stop.

I like the episodes describing certain strains, and how weed can help you in every day life. I love weed and always want to know more about each and every strain!

My favorite podcast that I’ve been listening to for over a year now, is Loving BDSM. They were my intro to kink & I wish I could thank them more for being a safe space to explore this world with their guidance. I love listening to their podcasts, infact I listen to it so much my partner joined in! He is also now a fan! Here I am now, a cricket for a year, and long overdo review. Kayla & JB deserve all the praises they can get! I love their content & how consistent they are with their content. Their content has helped me with communication, thought process, and find a community. (Go check out their lives on Wednesdays over on YouTube). I wish I could give it 10 stars. I cannot recommend them enough! Keep it kinky Y’all 💗💗

Kayla and JB’s podcast makes me think that a healthy, loving BDSM relationship is possible for me, someday! I love their authenticity and REALNESS and acceptance of each other. I love their rejection of the harm and malarkey that sometimes accompany kinky relationships. I sometimes feel like Kayla can be apologetic about her personality, which seems unnecessary. Because she’s great, and she inspires me to be exactly who I am, unapologetically!

THE place for BDSM & kink education. I’ve been listening to this podcast on & off since 2015 and have learned so much. It’s helped me release shame and be a safer, more informed play partner. Thanks for all you do Kayla & JB!!

Wow! There are really no words for how helpful I’ve found this show as my partner and I have shifted into 24/7 D/s in the last few months. Whenever I have a question or I’m struggling with something, there’s always an episode about it! And my partner and I really enjoy listening to them together. As a queer non-binary person I’m often hesitant to use a resource from cis folks as a primary source of information, but this one is worth it! I feel really good about the ways both of them talk about gender, sexuality, and bodies. Highly recommend!

Overall this is a wonderful podcast to listen into each week. Informative and fun to listen to while working around the house or playing through my earbuds while at work.

A great podcast that I have happily binged during this mess of a pandemic. Love the dynamic. Fascinating to hear all about this unconventional marriage. Love that there are no ridiculous ads. The honesty and openness of this podcast is incredible. But! Please be mindful of the mouth noises. The licking of the lips, drinking, vaping ughhhhh the noise is so distracting and honestly makes me not want to listen to an overall great podcast.

It is so hard to listen to Johns mouth sounds and the smacking of his mouth and spit in his mouth. I don’t know if he has dentures or what but it’s absolutely disgusting. If I didn’t have to listen to that I would listen to the podcast. Yuck.

I’m a sub for my beloved Dom, and he is the absolute center of my universe. He is everything I could ever ask for in a Daddy, a partner and a future husband. He takes amazing care of me in every aspect, and even is funding my college education to be a chemist. Truly, he is amazing to me and the first man I’ve met worthy of being my Daddy. We have a long distance relationship but we see each other weekly- I go to his home of course and immediately switch into the role of caregiver and Babygirl who entertains him, loves him, cares for him, and makes sure his business clients are happy as well. However, within this relationship dynamic which we carry in and out of the bedroom, I was new to being fully submissive in day to day life. I had never had a DD/lg relationship that wasn’t just a kink, so I didn’t know what my Daddy needed and expected, nor how I could as his babygirl express my needs without questioning his power and position. I was raised in a family of women who didn’t feel the same way as I do about relationships which is fine and they support our relationship, but I like to submit to my Daddy and take care of him in every aspect I can. That being said, we both were going through a very stressful and rough patch, and broke up about two months ago. I felt like I couldn’t communicate with him without my message being taken as ‘controlling’ or ‘questioning’. I was lost and heartbroken. I felt like a failure and couldn’t imagine moving on without him. After finding this podcast I learned on a deeper level to love, support and cherish my Daddy in a way that showed me love and support back that I never knew existed. Thank you both for helping us newer subs who always knew what we wanted but never knew how to execute it in daily life- I truly believe this podcast has fixed my relationship issues. Tonight as I type this I’m on a train to his house to make him and his friends dinner, clean and honor him for the first time since June. Okay so I’m Newish into the D/S world. I am a Sub and I found a Dom who’s in a Vanilla relationship. A vanilla relationship that is Beyond Far from the D/s relationship he wants to have. He’s been in the relationship for 2-3yrs and he knows he’s not happy he doesn’t want to kick her out due to the fact she has nowhere else to go and can’t afford a place. Besides that He’s a perfect Dom but this makes me question His authority how can I talk to him about this.

If you're flirting with the idea of exploring BDSM, have been in the kink community for ages, or fall anywhere around or between these things you NEED to listen to LovingBDSM. The hosts Kayla and John, broke down questions I had, and I never even knew I had about bdsm in a very loving and conversational way! Plus I get a real sense they truly love BDSM. (the podcast name makes perfect sense lol) Most importantly to me, I never expected Kayla and John to be very relatable, As a Lesbian/Queer, Caribbean-American, alternative/goth, in my mid-twenties, I was hoping for inoffensive at best and tone-deaf/etc at worst. I've gone back to the very beginning of LovingBDSM, from the amazing (largely unsponsored) things they love, use, and recommend to shout outs of other kinky podcasts that talk about BDSM from a P.O.C. perspective they really go outside of their bubble(respectfully). I haven't written a review for anything in years (I ramble so I hate writing lol I'll take a phone call any day) Best of luck to you both, keep it up! This podcast is an excelent resource for ppl interested in KINK. The cast are warm and friendly. John is patient and thoughtful while Kayla is irrepressible and opinionated. The combination provides a unique and interesting dynamic that really works.

Love this podcast, I love that the host/hostess keep it so real about the lifestyle, I love the education they provide, and most of all I love the fact they are funny. When I am listening it’s like you both are at my kitchen table drinking coffee and chitchat like we have been friends forever.

I’ve found the content VERY helpful and great topics. However, her voice can be so irritating in tone and there are so many unnecessary conversational fillers and side tangents, it really takes away from the content. I had to stop listening altogether. Please work on podcast skills, it would make the difference and take this from an average Podcast to a great one. It would also take out about 15 min extra per podcast of unnecessary content.

I am absolutely in love with the Loving BDSM podcast! I found it a couple years ago and have been a listener ever since. Kayla and John Brownstone are so consistent with continually uploading content. Their knowledge and ability to give advice without doing it aggressively is impressive. You can also tell Kayla cares so deeply about being as inclusive as she possibly. They are both critical thinkers that push you to critically think through kink! I would be so so soooo sad if the podcast stopped!

So I really enjoy the podcast, but being new to the BDSM lifestyle and not being able to listen to the podcast from the beginning is kinda inconvenient.

Lots and lots of information for those just getting started, and experienced BDSM Tops and bottoms and everyone in between. Kayla & John provide guidance and information on a huge variety of topics related to sex, communication, the bdsm lifestyle, and tips that apply to living healthy relationships. Everything is delivered with accuracy, a bit of humor, a touch of their own personal experience, with lots of sources and resources in the show notes. It's entertaining, and also an upbeat and honest approach to educating the both the curious newcomer and the seasoned veteran to, or back to the kinky community.

I always look forward to listening!! It is educational and also entertaining. John and Kayla aka Mr. & Mrs. Brownstone have interesting topics and always make me laugh.
