ShenJohnEach Episode is a CommercialI was excited about the 39 min episode about growing your skincare business and it was nothing but an entire MLM advertisement for a specific company. Her episode on cleansers was sponsored by a cleanser, the whole episode concluded as to how this particular cleanser encapsulated all the important points she'd just made. 3 stars for the short episodes and direct message. As an aesthetician wanting to stay current, this isn't for me.

GG245777543236Rhodiola doesn't mix with certain meds !!!The herb rhodiola was touted as a must take on one of these podcasts. Turns out the herb interacts with some antidepressants as well as ADHD meds. I stupidly bought a bottle after hearing this podcast and had a really bad reaction. Lesson learned, but I wish the host would have done her homework more thoroughly and warned of this before promoting it as a supplement everyone should take
