    Amazing podcast
I love listening to Dr Will Cole. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and am determined to help them. I started listening to Dr Will Cole and reading his books in 2022 and won’t miss one now. He is a wealth of knowledge and I have learned so much from him.

A world of information and not enough toilet tissue…
Ok. ok. Let me explain! I listen to your podcast and have for a number of years. I sometimes have to take notes just to keep up with the amount of good information on products, books, tools or anything helpful that I may want to look deeper into. I recently moved and not having my pen and paper handy, as I’m listening to the latest podcast, I heard you mention some things I wanted to know more about, and the only thing I saw around me was a roll of toilet paper, lol, and my brow pencil! Hey, it was the good, durable kind and it worked! I just tore the sheets off and gently stacked them neatly so I can transfer the info later. I say that to say this…. Listening to you helps me stay motivated and hopeful in a world of unhealthy and toxic relationships with people, food, environment, and products. I have always felt like I live and think on a level aside from most. I don’t always eat healthy, and make good choices, but my body wants to. My soul wants to. It’s the circumstances surrounding me, that make it challenging. Sometimes, support is everything. When you don’t have it, it’s hard. I wish I could have you in my everyday life, in person. You inspire me and I appreciate the work and passion you put into what you live and actual do. And you pass that along to us, who want to be better and do better when it comes to choices and health. I lost my son 4 + years ago to an accidental fentanyl OD. It has affected my body… but thankfully, my mind is hanging in here. I’ve been in some dark places. Sometimes, not wanting to exist. Not that I would ever do anything. Just didn’t see my purpose for being here, and not with him. Through life, and through this journey, I grasp for all that is good, positive, radiant, beautiful, and uplifting. It’s my strength and keeps me encouraged and brave and inspired. You are part of these things. And I just thought you should know how you help and support us, and I appreciate you and your team very much! I have so many other questions and topics and words… but I will end this by saying, THANK YOU!

This podcast has been so informative! I started to listen to Functional Medicine podcasts earlier this year, and I have been on a journey of transforming my health and what I am putting into my body. My husband has also been on board with changes, so we have been slowly changing out our skincare products, adding supplements to our routine, and being aware of our diet, with primarily focusing on protein. I love how Dr Cole approaches certain topics with respect and open mindedness, but is not afraid to share his opinion. Thank you for this show! It will forever be on my list.

I love and so appreciate all of the FREE health insights shared here. Information is power and at times it feels like the world is stacked against our health and longevity. Thank you!

    Interesting topics of discussion!
Definitely be discerning when it comes to some of the experts on the show. I find the variety of topics fascinating especially when they give me new things to research and study when it comes to my own health. Ian Somerhalder’s interview was amazing and absolutely eye opening. @_alysi.a

    A little obsessed
I discovered Dr. Cole after a crazy hormone crash journey I experienced after having my third sweet baby. I spend 2 years seeing countless PCP’s/Internal Med/Womans health doctors to be told over and over again that I’m totally healthy, my blood work is all within “normal” range I just needed to get on birth control and I would feel better and have more energy. When I was about to give up on trying anymore I found the bio-hacking and functional wellness side of the world and it changed everything for me. I went down the rabbit hole, read every book and listened to every podcast and put in the work. Now 3 years after having my last baby I’m finally feeling like myself again, healthy & happy. I’m forever grateful for the information and guidance Dr. Cole has put out into the world!

    Honest & Digestible!
Dr. Will Cole and his team do a great job at making health and wellness not only a fun topic to learn about, but the information is super digestible and easy to understand. I love that I’m able to share the things I learn in this podcast with my friends and family! I’ve been listening to The Art of Being Well for years now and it’s always stayed true to its message. @dani.relopez

    Downhill.
Used to like this podcast, has gone into pseudoscience and political grifting.

    10 stars!
Dr. Will Cole not only has a voice made for podcasting but I’ve learned so much about my overall health, things to bring to my PCP. I wish insurance covered functional medicine because everyone needs one. Everyone should listen to The Art Of Being Well. There’s so much knowledge. The guests also bring other view points so you get different perspectives!

Encourages you to take health advice from the Brady Bunch
Using an episode of the Brady Bunch to suggest that measles is not a serious illness is probably the stupidest thing I have ever heard someone say on a podcast, and I have endured episodes of My Favorite Murder. We get that you are hoping RFK gives you a spot on his staff, Will. You’re just embarrassing yourself at this point.

    Honest, Informative, & Compassionate
I have learned so much already and am eager to learn more! Thank you, Dr. Cole for all of the time, energy, effort, and research that you invest and share with us. You and your team are a total blessing! Continue to be bold, and speak the truth in love.

    Best podcast ever!
Hi, Dr Will Cole I have been listening to your podcast for a very long time now and have used the knowledge I have gained to help me optimize my and my wife’s health! I love what you do and you have inspired me to study and learn more about health optimization! One question I do have though is I currently work in EMS and work a lot of nights without sleep and have a poor sleep schedule. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to maintain optimal mental and mitochondrial and immune system health with this type of schedule! Thanks keep up the good work!!! Thislittleheart01

My go-to as a Holistic RN!
As a holistic RN and health coach, The Art of Being Well is one of my go-to podcasts for inspiration, insight, and staying grounded in evidence-based wellness. Dr. Will Cole brings on a wide range of experts and covers topics that truly align with integrative and functional approaches to health. I love how the conversations blend science with soul—and always leave me with something actionable to bring into both my personal life and my coaching practice. A must-listen for anyone serious about whole-person wellness. @thewellnessRNcoach

Shouldn’t have a platform. Doesn’t science. Get your information from experts, not wellness grifters.

You’re Being Lied to About Your Food
I’m so glad more and more people are finally talking about this. This episode is shedding light on a systemic problem while also providing actionable advice to help navigate ways to eat healthy. I already loved this podcast but this episode was one of my favorites.

    A Wellness Must
Wow! So impressed and thankful to have this. Dr. Cole and his expert guests are so helpful in navigating health and what that looks like for everyone. I learn so much from each episode and it is hard to stop listening. I love all of the different viewpoints and perspectives. I also really enjoy the way in which healthcare is explained. I am an RN and I’m shocked at how much the status quo is failing and misleading people. Very excited for each new drop.

    Great topics!
I found this podcast while I was searching for alternative ways to support my thyroid diseases. Dr. Cole and his colleagues are smart and explain things so they make sense.

Podcast discuss how Trump is in support of cancer but they just defunded cancer research. Lots of pseudoscience. Listener beware.

    Finally Getting Answers
This podcast has answered so many questions that I’ve had throughout the years. I’ve been diving deep into health and wellness for a couple of years now but there have always been certain questions about health that I haven’t been able to find the answers to. After finding The Art of Being Well, I FINALLY got answers to those questions. This podcast/show has been a huge help to me in my health journey and I can’t rant and rave about it enough! @_kenzified_

Gone downhill so hard and fast
Used to love this podcast, but it has gotten so far right they’re not even trying to hide it. They pretend to serve a balanced view, but the guests that they’ve been choosing recently and the way they speak about MAHA as if it is not all complete bogusness is ridiculous. The Trump derangement theory that Calley mentioned in the latest episode is actually hilarious and embarrassing on his part. Do they not see the intersectionality between how Trump wants to destroy the environment yet claims to be MAHA? Also the ads take up half the podcast and it’s so laughable because they are all money grabs for fake, useless supplements. Unsubscribing.
  • utica_ave123
MAHA deluded by the fantasy of Trump!
I’m all for the transformation of our food system and healthcare but the current admin is filled with con artist and opportunist. This latest episode with Calley Means was frustrating because how do people from all political walks of life not see the capture and corruption of Trump and his goons? The MAHA crowds turn to loving Trump like some corporate mascot is confusing. Such weak, sycophantic behavior. He’s a genocidal freak like Biden and his crew. Good luck riding for these people thinking they work in our interest or even care about health, especially fast food loving Trump. Like look at that guy. They’re okay with m*rdering and starving innocent people in Gaza so I definitely do not trust their moral compass on anything to do with our well being. And you all shouldn’t either. Also, do you really think the Republican Party is going to end their relationships with Big Pharma? They benefit from them just like Democrats. Americans have to be some of the most ignorant and naive group of people on the planet!

    Cherry-picked health outrage
Cherry-picked health outrage to sell products/supplements. and make money off of vulnerable people. AND he’s NOT a Doctor. He is a chiropractor. Also a yes boy for RFK MAHA insanity. And one of those ‘link in bio’ salesman.
  • Michelllee70
    Use skeptic lens when listening
When a guest says “Joe Rogan is a metabolic podcast” you know something is up. Also, getting upset over democrats not clapping for a kid with cancer but not calling out the admin that literally just took funding from institutions that research childhood cancer is… an interesting take. This podcast has gone soooooo far right you have to question their motives or who might be backing it sprinkled in with all the ads for these “natural” products that will fix your ailments. I miss the days when health podcasts used to recognize both holistic practices and medical practices were useful and important.

I love this podcast! I’ve been listening for a few months now and have learned so much. Keep them coming!

This podcast has become food for my mind, body, and soul!
I am a new listener and a recent beginner of my own health and wellness journey. Without getting into too much detail, I have been struggling with autoimmune issues for over a decade. I am a young mom of three and recently when my daughter started with some anxiety as well as GI issues, I decided that something had to change. I didn’t like the answers I was getting from my traditional doctors, so I was led down the path of functional medicine. My sister sent your podcast to me a few weeks ago, and since then I’ve been listening to 2-3 shows a day while I work. I have found them to be very informative, and I especially love the product ads during the show as I am working to replace our daily household products as well as figure out the best brands of supplements. So glad I found this show!

    Thank You
I heard Dr. Cole on The Pursuit of Wellness podcast a few months ago and have not stopped listening to The Art of Being Well since then. I just recently listened to the Feb 3rd episode and love the ask me anything style conversations. Thank you for doing what you’re doing! I learn from you every day.
  • Jarhoo20
    My favorite wellness podcast
I love the mixture of having listeners’ questions answered along with special guests who are experts in their given fields. This podcast gives the listener the tools they need to take control of not only their physical health, but their total wellness as it addresses the importance of emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing alongside the physical health of the individual.

    Informative, Relatable, Excellent
This is an incredible podcast. Having access to the information they talk about is so valuable. It’s hard to get any helpful information from traditional doctors and not everyone can afford to visit Dr. Cole’s clinic so being able to hear him and his colleagues discuss current health topics is incredibly useful. I love the Ask Me Anything episodes especially. In a world where we can’t trust traditional medicine or google and we don’t know where to turn, thank you Dr. Cole for sharing your knowledge with people who truly value health and want to make the best choices for our family.

    Heard you elsewhere
I have listened to a few episodes so far and this podcast has been unique so far in comparison to the other podcasts I listen to. I cam across this Dr while listening to Culture Apothecary podcast. I like the vast amount of supplemental suggestions for various life/health goals. I am going to pursue mushrooms for sure now.
