Incredible podcast. G is the man
  • skyguy39
    Love the podcast!
Would you guys be willing to do an episode (or segment) discussing what cycling could do to entice more people to watch the sport? Example: Have better team names

    Loyal listener
I’ve been listening to Watts Occurring since the beginning in 2019 and loving every minute of it. So this suggestion comes with pure love: Jumbo isn’t the sponsor anymore. It’s Visma Lease-A-Bike. All best to you all.

    Love the banter….
I enjoy listening to your show because of the lively spontaneous exchange between AWL; depending who is on the pod—and your interviews are very informative also—special request, do you have any of those cool sunglasses to gift??? Thank you AWL!

Probably the best cycling pod on the air
If you want the curtain pulled back on life in the peloton, this is the show. G and Luke share honest tales from the road and their experience from the starting line. Their years of riding GTs, on the cobbles, and in monuments allow for their unique insider knowledge of strategy, tactics, and team dynamics. They also leverage their friendships with teammates and others in the peloton for amazing guests.

    Just keeps getting better
Absolutely the best cycling podcast to get inside the peloton. G & Pogi Giro recap and tour plans is just great.

    Continues to be excellent
One of the pods that I most look forward to by two of my top fave & admired riders. Lovely Just Ride interview!

    Lovely
I’ve listen to many of your very good interviews. My favourite is the interview with the charming Johan Museeuw.

    Love the show but…
Please bring back the “Bread of Heaven” intro music!

    The best!
G has always been the best interview in pro cycling, so the opportunity to get his humor, intelligence, and honest opinions about the world tour on a pod is the best! Love Luke Rowe and De Plusky too. Makes all other cycling pods irrelevant.

    You’re Still learning…
Boys, it would be 5 out of 5 if you hadn’t spoiled stage 13 with your pod title… amateur move.

Funny, honest, insider-stories from the Pro Peloton
Great chemistry between hosts and guests. GTCC Keeps getting better and better **We all know G loves dieting to cut weight. I’m wondering, is that where the intro music came from, 🎶 “Feed me till I want no more…”?

    Newbie Fan!
I’m a newbie pro cycling fan (thanks, Netflix!) and I find this podcast the perfect combination of informative and entertainment. I’m loving the banter and TdF analysis!! I’m officially a daily listener. Thanks, guys! :)

    Great cycling podcast
Both the GTCC and Watts Occurring are top notch podcasts. G is great and both Tom and Luke are fantastic co hosts. I advise to subscribe. Keep up the good work boys!

    Top Quality
I was enough of a fan of this lighthearted and insightful show to order a club jersey. My wife rolled her eyes when I was unboxing yet another cycling jersey, but she was left talking about the bargain when she saw the quality. It’s slick kit.

    Lovely interview with Peter Sagan!
It was really interesting to hear you both talk about racing life and some of those notable stages — that TDF breakaway w you, Peter, Chris & Maciej is one of the most memorable cycling moments! Also lovely to hear Sagan talk about putting things into perspective, his goals & chat with you about child raising. Love you both.

    Evie Richards
Enjoy all your chats but this one was excellent! I did not know anything about Evie but learned so much about her and excited to follow her career now. She has an amazing attitude, charisma, wit, and self-determination that was inspiring to hear. She was so genuine about the good and the bad and realistic about maintaining health and her goals. As a listener one could hear the respect you had for one another and each of your skills and contributions to your sport. Thanks for sharing!

    Great podcast for anyone
I love hearing about the world of cycling and the different aspects of it. However this last pod with John McAvoy was amazing. What a crazy life and yet has come out of it so inspirational. Great choice.

    Fair play!
I barely cycle anymore since I bonked hard a few years ago & it kinda scared me off, but this “cycling university” has really got me thinking I might be keen again. Love the episodes, great guests, wide range of topics & fun relaxed conversation. Cheers lads!
  • Crash too much 🤣
    Crash too much
Your podcast is like your riding ... it crashes too much! Love, Your friend from the park Only kidding (loved the story about the guy in the park who told you crash too much). This podcast is fun and informative. GT and Tom are a good combo. I also really enjoy the guests, as they keep it fresh. Keep up the good work. And best of luck with the rest of the 2021 season.

    Disappointing
Love G and his usual humour. Gave up on the this podcast after about 5 episodes and unsubscribed. The interviews with the guests was good, but the rest of the show is a waste of time, it’s basically a plug for Zwift and AMP (which I can’t believe he really uses, there’s no real science behind it).
  • B. Well
    Crackin’ Podcast
Outstanding guests. Great co-hosts. Informative. Always entertaining. Targeted at all who love cycling...from new amateurs to wanna be/used to be pros. Broadcast from Great Britain which is a bonus for Americans like me who are eager to learn a second language. I look forward to it every week. Keep up the great work G and Tom!
