ChristinebDaily favoriteI am generally a very grateful person, but I love the extra insights and reminders that I got from this podcast. I listen each night as I get ready for bed and it’s a great note to end my days on.
-
B PositveInspirationalThe podcast is just what the doctor ordered if you are wanting to add positive thoughts and reflection to your day. The insights are researched based and add gratitude ideas to your daily living. We could all use some inspiration and gratitude during these trying times.

jrnsc20The Voice!!!I loved the book and I love your message. Your voice however is really difficult to listen to. You sound extremely robotic which comes across as disingenuous. Please take some more deep breath’s before a recording and just be you, you have a lovely message and I hope I’ll be able to keep listening.

joyful 2020Election kindnessI love this podcast, it is honest and interesting. It has been a wonderful time each day I look forward to. Yet, I need to state my feelings on the above podcast. It is honest but symbolic of what every person is involved in, anger. All we hear is “vote”, this has become the most talked about thing. Ridiculous. Today the host mentioned how angry she was when she was walking in her neighborhood and saw vote signs that she did not agree with. Anger, why angry? The sign is not about you. We are all angry at people for who they want to vote for if it not your person. Who cares? You vote for who you want, if they win great, if not, live your life and enjoy it.

NJK010409Inspiring and FunA great way to start the day, or get a pick-me-up in the middle of a day. Janice Kaplan’s podcasts are inspiring. Filled with solid research as well as personal anecdotes, the podcasts are both insightful and fun.
-
DiderotfanInspiring and TimelyWhat a thoughtful and uplifting reflection on how our sense of what is possible in securing equal rights for women needs to change with the changing times. What was once seen as too much to hope for is now today’s baseline for activism to take us up the next rung of the ladder. Thanks for providing this reminder of how far the struggle has come—and how far it has yet to go.

Reader08457BoringKind of a yawner, then she got political.

HleecI like this before you brought politics into itUnsubscribed

LynnB281Too politicalWow, really? I have enjoyed this podcast from the beginning for its encouragement and positivity but now that she has chosen to spread hate and advance a political agenda, I won’t be listening any more. I don’t come here for political opinions or advice and I was truly shocked this morning by her negative comments. Apparently she thinks all her listeners share (or should share) her political views.
-
mvwkimStarts out positive until it gets political.I started listening to this podcast when it first came out and thought Janice Kaplan shared some great insights about bringing more positivity to life. However, when I listened to her podcast to be grateful for the suffragettes, it quickly turned political. Ms. Kaplan quickly went from praising the strength of historical figures to ripping on our current country and president. She assumes all of her listeners think exactly like her and stares her opinion of President Trump as fact. This once uplifting podcast took a pessimistic tone. I listened to this podcast to focus on the positive, but that no longer seems to be the case. I have now unsubscribed to avoid getting more unwanted political rhetoric.

Patito212My new favorite podcastI am a huge fan of Janice Kaplan’s book The Gratitude Diaries and it honestly changed my life. It started a whole gratitude movement for me personally over the last few years and I have been actively trying to spread this concept to others around me since then. I was so excited to see she had a DAILY gratitude based podcast now! While I was reading her book I felt so inspired each day that I was sad when I finished it- but now, I can get that same feeling everyday! Great work!
