    Best of the best!
LOVE this podcast! It’s the kind of podcast that actually makes a difference in your life - there have been so many takeaways (from liver health to mental health) that I have easily incorporated into my daily life. Somehow Sarah manages to get incredibly engaging guests who are absolute experts in their field - and you don’t typically see on the “podcast circuit.” Thanks Sarah for taking on this platform to get your message out!

Outstanding! The most engaging and useful health & wellness podcast out there!
Five stars! I listen to a lot of podcasts about optimizing health and wellness and this is the best. The guests offer unique and evidenced based insights that can truly improve your life. And Sarah is a world class host. She is smart, funny, engaging, and clearly cares deeply that her listeners walk away with knowledge that can improve their lives. She has a gift for translating complex topics in a way that is digestible and entertaining. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

The Gift of “The Be Well” Podcast
I have immensely enjoyed listening to the “Be Well Collective” podcast! It is so refreshing to hear a science based conversation surrounding nutrition and mental health. Thank you for starting this collective to help educate young women, like myself, on the importance of health as it pertains to so much more than one’s physical appearance. Now, more than ever, people are interested in nutrition for the long term benefits and for mental health purposes. I have two questions for you that I would love to hear addressed in your upcoming podcasts. 1.) What are your thoughts on “eating for your blood type?” And what does research show about this? It seemed as though Dr. Aseem was going to touch on this, but I think time was of the essence. 2.) Can you expand more on how nutrition affects the chemical processes in the brain to support mental health? In your interview with Kimberly Wilson, you beautifully highlighted how the brain is an organ which is responsible for all of the chemical processes in your body. This basic truth has been a monumental turning point for me in the way I view nutrition because in order for our brain to function properly we must nourish it with the right foods. Can you expand more on the chemical processes in the brain as it relates to nutrition and how nutrition aids in neurotransmitters, serotonin transfers, etc? As someone you manages my own mental heath issues I think it is so important to combat it from all angles, especially nutrition. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely podcast that is incredibly relevant in these times. Sincerely, Lily (Dallas, TX)
