JBFan010Thoughtful Star Trek commentary! This podcast is one of the most thoughtful and intellectual out there reviewing Star Trek Picard S3. Of particular interest at least to me is the hosts actually think the Picard/Beverly relationship is interesting and worthy of discussion.

Reflector75One of the best Trek podcastsFrom the prolific podcasters of the Trek.FM network, the hosts are some of the most knowledgeable fans and experienced in covering the Trek universe. I appreciate the thoughtful discussion, always Trek positive even when critical of some aspect. Professionally produced and regularity cadences - which are huge pluses for me. I would also recommend Warp 5 and The Orb for the anniversary chapter by chapter rewatch coverage of Enterprise and DS9.

T'Ruth L'AnneConversation With Dear FriendsI cherish these conversations between Christopher and Matt about the show we love. I love the depth and nuance and gentleness with which they approach the discourse. I listen while I’m working and doing chores and I find these podcasts deepen my love and appreciation for the Picard show, a show I have had much love but some ambivalence toward. Listening to the podcast is like a conversation with dear friends. Thank you both for all the hard work that goes into podcasting.

sjsharksfan39Podcast is Great but Does it Need to be 2 Hours?I've been enjoying The Line quite a bit, as I feel that of all the Picard podcasts I listen to, this is the one that really delves into the details of the episodes and had a serious, but casual discussion on the topics and issues that each episodes raise. I love the chemistry of the hosts, and I love how dedicated they all are to this podcast. Justin brings a certain analytical quality to to the show, Brandon brings passion and a little bit of a critical need so we can hear both positive and negative, and I really enjoy the historical context that Crissie brings with each episode. On this current one talking about episode 5, I love the new history segment because I think it is important for the issues that Picard does bring up. However, this show only gets 4 stars for one reason. The length of each episode is getting to be a little long. Again, it's nothing against the dedication, but I wonder if the episodes could be cut by like 20 minutes and you still can get everything that is said in each episode. I think one way to do this is to merge the predictions/comments and concerns into the main meat of the show. It might make the conversation flow better and I've noticed that once we get to the prediction portion of the show, things have already been said and you don't need to repeat it. Other than that, I really do enjoy this companion peice to Star Trek Picard and its allowing me to think about each episode some more. I'm looking forward to finishing the season with this podcast and what is to come into the future.

Spiffy TBest PodcastI love this podcast and I really look forward to it coming out each week. I don’t really have any hardcore Trek fans in my life, so this is my only outlet. I like hearing what all three podcasters ideas about Picard. I especially love my fellow Michigander Chrissie’s dry wit. Thank you for publishing this every week and doing such a great and thoughtful job!

StreksterA bad time for allReally a drag with one of the hosts bullying the other two. Has to have his way no matter what even on the most minor points. The other two cower in terror. Put somebody on who knows and loves Star Trek, not thee three.

Trekkie JimThe lineReally good podcast about Picard. Good discussion about the episodes and it’s lively. Don’t agree on everything that the hosts say but they are passionate and that’s what I like. 3.5 stars

Pluto's OrbitSuper fun!I’m a huge fan. The Line is super fun to listen to. The topics are excellent. I’m a huge fan of Justin from Earl Grey and the other hosts are growing on me fast. Looking forward to the future of this podcast. I listen to every episode and wait for the next with anticipation. I hope to meet y’all at STLV in 2020. I’ll be the guy looking like the Ryker whose reality is extremely bad in Parallels and my lady will be Deanna Troy in Barclay’s holo program.
