I never got into The Young and the Restless but was over a friend’s house when she had this on…it piped my interest and even though I haven’t been with YAR from the beginning, I appreciate all the up-to-date information this podcast brings!

Someone who has watched this show got more than 5 seconds needs to take over. This host could at least google past storylines in order to know what is going on. It appears that she just watches the current and misses all the history that is Young and the Restless. She also needs to realize this is a soap and things are not believable on purpose, don’t be so naive!! Can’t believe other people can stand to listen to this nonsense. Get someone who is actually a long time fan!!!!!!!

I used to really look forward to the recap each week. Now the current host, Abby has guest on who don't even watch the show or know the characters. I'm annoyed 5 minutes into the podcast. I'll be looking for a new show each week.

I love this podcast. Brookshire and Granny Z are great!! I have been listening Y&R my whole life minus a few times here and there. It's really interesting listening to the points of view of others beside my friends and family...I am really trying to catch up on Y&R and the podcast is a great help. I am definitely hooked again. And the guests are a great touch!! Brookshire you have such a warm spirit :) I started watching Y&R with my grandmother and listening to Granny Z reminds me so much of those years. Keep up the great work!! And I can tell Phil and Jesse aren't into the soap, but they could at least sound alive *sigh* Ronnie was a little better. Love the guys though :)

So glad Afterbuzz covers a soap. Brookshire is a great energy. IMO I think there should be more than two people to discuss the soap. There are no fans like soap fans, and a lot of soap viewers have years of viewing history- I think the more the merrier with such a big show. I got soap opera experience as a viewer and workin on one. I'll do it for free!
