Such a shame that CBS is so extreme left leaning and unable to share news stories without interjecting their political biases. It could be a great show for everyone if they left out ridiculous stories about the woke left.

I absolutely love this show — but it is extremely disappointing that — contrary to Sunday Morning’s TV ads — it is not possible to listen to CBS Sunday Morning as a podcast, simultaneously as TV show is airing. Only podcast episodes available are minimum of 1 week old. What a pity. I have to wait one full week to listen to today’s show? If that’s not enough — the 90 minute TV shows are edited down to 60 minute podcasts. SMH. Terrible way to treat loyal followers of this show — among the very best on all of CBS. Epic fail, CBS.

I enjoy this program because there are always interesting life stories. I enjoy how the show brings uplifting positive stories about real people. I hope this program continues to do this and stays away from politics or negative news which is constantly shown on a regular news program. (Something I avoid now. )

I’ve been a fan of the show for years. One key reason was the show’s avoidance of politics and its focus on the unusual and amazing people of our world. No more. The stories have changed and there is too much focus on politics. Please, return to the soft side. Sunday mornings are meant to be easy.

I’ve watched Sunday Morning for many years, would dream of missing a single episode! I loved the stories and even was inspired by many of them which led to life changing events in my own life (i.e. seeing the Marvelous Marilyn Maye in concert in NYC!) Now it’s all politics and Covid related. I can get that on any network news show. Please bring back the Sunday Morning stories that made me not want to miss a single minute of any show.

I’ve been watching the show since Charles Kuralt was the host. Then, Charles Osgood took over and I ℓσνє∂ him. He was one of the main reasons I watched. He brought so many amusing, intriguing and fascinating stories to the show. The stories from him were the kind that would take you behind the scenes of a persons’ job or hobby. Plus, he always included where the passion, to do what they did, came from. Mr. Osgood always had such a lighthearted demeanor to him. For me, I just relaxed and enjoyed the show. Also, I have to say how much I miss his piano playing and singing. Those were my favorite parts of the show. When he left, I didn’t think I would be able to watch it anymore. But, I’ve been trying and I really don’t like it as well as I used to. Replacing Charles with Jane Pauley was a shocker! She brings nothing to the show. I don’t think she even likes doing the show. You can’t tell me that there wasn’t someone, within the entire CBS family, that could have filled Charles’ shoes better. The position needs someone with personality, humor and someone to breathe life back into the show. I’m not sexist but I do think a man is better for the position. As I scroll through your list of correspondents there are some names that pop out which, in my opinion, would be much more interesting to watch. They are: David Pogue, Mo Rocca, Steve Hartman (allow him to show case his good news stories every Sunday), and Nancy Giles. All of these people have attributes that would bring the show back to the caliber it once was. Also, I must mention that the show now focuses on more negative and political type stories. If I recall correctly, back in the Charles Osgood days, the focus was on the positive side of humans. Sometimes, I feel like I’m watching a medical show. I like stories about humans who do captivating things, like unique ways people have adapted to living a green life or the families living completely on solar power. In closing, the show needs a few tweaks. Don’t get me wrong, I like Jane Pauley. I just don’t think she’s the right person to host the Sunday Morning Show. She just doesn’t have the personality for it. You need someone who can play the piano, tell a few riveting facts about something and has a lighthearted contribution to the show and who also connects with the viewers. Thank you for your time. Too many segments on politics. We could get those in hundreds of other shows. Used to be a great quaint show.

You have volume control complaints since 2yrs ago and you STILL can’t figure out how to mix the volume better?!?! If every other podcast has figured it out- you’re just being lazy

It’s been a year since you started the podcast version of your show and the volume controls are still very bad. It’s too bad I can’t listen to it easily and that you ignore the reviews regarding this. Also, the content n or leans into just people magazine type content. That’s not what this show was about and I guess you haven’t lost audience w this content. Truthfully I don’t catch the show like I used to due to this. Advertisers take note. I’m not alone.

I am disappoint in the direction this light hearted news show has taken. Sunday Morning is no longer about the quaint intricacies of American life and that’s a shame. The audience has shifted and I guess my mindset didn’t shift with it. Maybe one day we will be back on the same page.

I’d give you 5 stars, except your volume is horrible. Here are key points: A. I listen on AirPods (like I’m sure a lot of listeners do.) B. Volume is low, so I have to put volume to MAX. C. Then on commercials, volume is HIGH, and blows my eardrums. Conclusion: whoever does volume controls is an OLD SCHOOL TV person who thinks show should be low and commercials should be loud. So Lame! Other than that, I’ve always loved CBS Sunday Morning and appreciate the show on podcast. PS: 60 minutes has the same problem with volume.

I love Sunday Morning and wish the sound was easier to hear when I’m driving. Please fix the sound issues.

After a week of 45’s Twitter nonsense, we love to hear about the finer things we missed. SM has just the focus, life outside of Reality TV. Something to smile about!

Jane Pauly doesn’t get the spirit of the show. I has been enough of an opportunity. It not about afirmativo action people.

I really enjoy the Sunday Morning show but occasionally miss it so I download the podcast and listen in my car. The volume variances between the interviewer or narrator and the guest being interviewed is horribly annoying so much that I can’t listen to it very long. The trumpet playing is also startling to my sleeping baby because it’s so much louder than it should be because I’ve had the volume up to hear the stories and the trumpet suddenly comes in as soon as the segment finishes.

I was just wondering what the product was and how it was supposed you just wanna to work.

I listen to my podcast with my ear piece and the ads kill me, TURN THEM DOWN

I love CBS Sunday Morning and thought I would enjoy the podcast for stories I might miss. I guess I'll just have to go without. Deleting from my feed now! I cannot take the extremely loud ads. Based on other reviews, this has been a complaint for a long time and nothing has been done. Given that observation, goodbye!

Laugh out loud funny radio show on tv no more

Thoroughly enjoyable show. Even segments that I think are not of interest to me are informative and in the end, enjoyable. When I miss the live show it’s a comfort to be able to listen to the podcast.

I really enjoy listening to Charles Osgood and Jane Pauley and the other reporters interviewing interesting people and many other topics. It is almost as good as watching the show on Sunday mornings on TV, but with the convenience of listening anytime and anywhere.

Love watching Sunday mornings when I can. And of course Charles Osgood!

This program, like 60 minutes, is always the best in entertaining you, week after week! Wow!

To equate the great game of baseball with Trump is the end. Must every story on CBS be a commercial for the least qualified candidate for President? The biggest complaint of hiring managers are people who apply for positions they have no qualifications to do. In other words, dreamers with no sense of reality. I turned the show off after this story was aired. Usually a great show but on political coverage, disappointing.

I am fine with hearing ads on a free podcast, but do they have to be twice as loud and jarring? I have to frantically grab for the volume to keep from losing my hearing. Moreover, Sunday Morning is a calm, peaceful show. The spastic ads for sports programming is a huge turnoff.
