Julie JxGreat way to start runningI went from no running at all to 30 minutes straight thanks to this podcast. That was five years ago and I’m still running regularly. My husband did the same. I recommend this to anyone who wants to start running, no matter if they haven’t run in years or ever.

aarin_OutstandingReturning to running after an injury and 2 full months away, I thought I would try this. I trust The Guardian, and figured their running program deserved a chance. After 6 short weeks, I am back to my pre-injury time for a 5k, and even maybe a bit better. I have tried others before, but the sound track and the host make this easy. I have all ready recommended it to friends who were looking to get into running. Can't wait to get into the advanced program!

89GiantsfanThis is greatThey advertise this at the beginning of football weekly, another great Guardian podcast. I've been looking to mix up the workouts and have never liked running. This is well done and easy to follow. I'm actually enjoying running which is great. Thank for the idea and uploading.
