Gnelson3Great episodeGreat episode with the Duchess of Cambridge! Thank you for touching on maternal mental health - as a maternal and child health educator I see this topic often overlooked.

mabb88It’s like therapyAll these nice conversations are lifting terrible weights off of mum’s shoulders. It’s so relieving to know we are not alone and every one of us faces the same struggles. Gi is a wonderful interviewer!

FrannipieJust lovelyI mean, could I love her more? Gi brings real stories to real people with her fab podcast. Adding from her own experiences she discussed in the book and branching to what other people have gone through. Started listening during my pregnancy and now I’m hooked! I love these chats and finding out more about her guests.

hockeylover413Love from the USI ordered a copy of Happy Mum Happy Baby, and found out I was pregnant shortly after. I love the way Gi spoke so candidly about her experience. I was thrilled to find out she was writing a podcast! It feels like I am in the room chatting with girlfriends!

KoritsasLove itI’m really enjoying this podcast, my eldest daughter is 18 now but listening to Emma Willis took me right back and made me cry too. I could relate so much to her comments the pressure to do everything perfectly, I had trouble breastfeeding all my girls but after my first I knew I was doing the right thing putting them on formula, happy mum, happy baby. Emma gave me such confidence when she said that the most important and hardest job is raising children to be the best humans they possibly can be and after that anything else we can do will be easy. Thank you

ElhleFun listening! While Gi and her guests get to topics that aren't normal talked about, this podcast is a breath of fresh air. As someone who isn't a mom yet, listening to this is giving my knowledge and an outlook that will be helpful. Plus, Gi is a delight!

andrea c. garciatop notch content for the wrong demographicto start this: i am not a mother and i am NOWHERE near being one in the near future, i just started to listen to this because its gi (and friends!) and i absolutely love the content she releases whether its her youtube videos, her great insta stories or her books, she always manages to impart advice and knowledge through fun stories and little anecdotes; and that's exactly what i got from the very first episode of this podcast (the very first mind you!) and i absolutely LOVE IT and i wouldn't expect any less from her. even though i am barely in uni at the time of writing this, this podcast (+ the book! which is available on amazon and the itunes store ;D) has managed to help me understand what motherhood really looks like, that its not roses and happiness all the time and that its hard but also that it's wonderfully amazing and rewarding at the same time. all of the good things in life come from places of hard work and perseverance, and i am so glad i discovered this amazing and quirky woman who's going through it all and making it out like a champ, telling the world that she isn't going down without managing to get her kids to sleep. i love you gi! i honestly cannot WAIT to hear the rest of this podcast because i know it will be a blast from start to finish <3

W.K. PennI'm not even a "mum"I don't have any children or a posh accent but I know I love all of Gi's warm, uplifting and insightful Instagram stories. From across the pond, her fitness days with PMAC and those late hours she spends writing inspire me to keep going, no matter how tired I feel, so yeah, I'm preemptively giving a 5-star review for a podcast I haven't heard yet because I know it will be great!! Everybody subscribe!
